This is the best PetSmart in the area. Always clean and the people are friendly. Gabby helped us find some toys for our dog. She was very helpful and friendly. Will be back.

Never have a supply of crickets. When they do they over serve what is requested, and the batch die before we can use them all. This also may lead to why the crickets are never in stock.
Need to up the purchase request for crickets!

Returning items with receipt is difficult. Some stores have an older system, and employees can't return at different locations of original purchase. If you do not have the card used to purchase items, they offer merchandise store credit & this can't be used on online purchases. The store/stores need to let customers know at the time of purchases of this policy.

The store itself is great! I took my dog here after having a horrible experience at Petco on Pearland Pkwy. We did not feel welcome at all and as we are driving to take her to get groomed for an appointment I made, her appointment was cancelled. I had to call to find out what was going on and they were reluctant to take her even after they told us that they were not busy that day. We get there to pick up my dog and the shave job is horribly choppy and my dog has scabs behind her ears, on her belly, and on her tail. They also said that they could not trim her nails which has never been as issue with any other place I’ve taken her. She has been groomed at several places without issues. Im not one to cause a scene so we paid and left. I know for the future that I will NEVER take my dog back HERE. Please be aware.

It's close and convenient to where I live. I only go here for anything my dog needs. I also brought my dog to get groomed for the first time. It seemed fine.
