What a great place for my favorite meals- Breakfast and lunch. Two full menus for both which are always available. If I can eat breakfast for any meal, I will. So for lunch I had biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs OE, coffee and orange juice. I was stuffed not able to finish the generous portions! Service was great and the food came out quick. Ready to go back!

Great food. The kitchen sink quesadilla and hot mess bowl have been the biggest hits at our table. Also love the ability to use the virtual waitlist on Yelp. We are able to get in line when are leaving church and never wait more than 5-10 minutes once we arrive. Only improvement area would be that the waitstaff is super busy so it's hard to get refills without flagging someone down.

Food was good, atmosphere was good. My only negative was that the seating wasn't COVID friendly and the restaurant was crowded. I recommend joining their waitlist prior to heading over there. Even then we waited about 20 minutes.

Great food and excellent service! The hostess, waitress Madison and manager Caleb were all so very sweet! There was a super rude lady ahead of us upset about waiting for a table and they were still so kind and patient with her. I appreciate the great service we received and recommend Red Oak! We had lemon blueberry pancakes, Texas hash, the hot mess, white chicken chili, the BERTA and everything we ordered was fabulous!

First time here today. New favorite spot in Alvin! Very friendly staff and welcoming. Try the jalapeño gravy it's yummy. We ordered the breakfast special and it did not disappoint. They sell baked goods from Marinas. I had the blueberry muffin. It was moist and not too sweet.

So so so good! Texas Hash with eggs is the way to go. The perfect amount of spice, get this plate every time :) Also, get the pancakes! Delicious.

I was looking for some fluffy delicious pancake and pretty tired of Ihop and Denny's. Wanted to try something new. Came today and we found our new fav. Fast service. Manager comes over to ensure everything is good and staff is excellent. Greeter is friendly. Mandatory mask when you walk in and out. All employees properly wearing masks at all time. No employee was not in compliance (a+). Clean clean clean restaurant. Will be visiting again soon.

This is our favorite Sunday breakfast place. The food is always wonderful and our favorite server Susan is very much appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

This place is great! Such amazing food and service. All staff are wearing masks right. Easy to put yourself on the online waitlist, check in, and wait in the car.

The call ahead & App reservation policy is unfair and is the deciding factor for me to go to another restaurant when I would have gone to yours. Myself and two friends, one being Someone we wanted to introduce to your Restraunt, got up early and arrived about 930 making a reservation in person. At 10:15 we saw several other people drive up and walk in ahead of us. It was only then did we find out that the 20 minute wait we were told was trumped by people who made reservations while sitting in the comfort of their homes. It showed that no matter what effort I took to come to your restaurant I would not be fairly put in line. What was a 20 minute wait turned into a 40 minute wait and only because we made it known to management was it quickly corrected. Manager and wait staff are excellent but the policy is failed putting your staff and customers at odds.

Food is great. I have only eaten breakfast. Pancake batter taste homemade and not store brought. (Although it maybe I don't know) I have not been disappointed since going. The service is average. But food overwhelms everything.
