Very bad experience with the service department. I made an appointment in advance and yet was forced to wait over an hour to then be told they can't do the service because all of the technicians are busy and would need to leave and reschedule. They told me they would call me later that day to confirm a follow up appointment and never called. The service rep was very attentive and nice though.

Outstanding experience! Lucas was knowledgeable, straightforward, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Asked for brakes to be inspected because of squeaking. Tech said it was cold surface squeak and would go away.
They are still squeaking on every stop.
Nothing in notes regarding any brake inspection that I stressed about. They only focused on the oil change.

Great experience in purchasing my new 2025 Ford F-150 Lariat. They really worked with me to get the deal I wanted and the whole staff from sales to financing was great to work with. And they also gave me a good deal on my trade in. I highly recommend them.

Worst place I’ve ever wasted time! I set an appt. through Car Gurus and spoke with salesman, Juan Gomez. We verified my time to test drive, since I had a 2-hour drive to the dealer. I had my eye set on a 2022 F-450, King Ranch. The morning of my appt. I called and asked Juan if there was anything wrong with the truck, since it had been at dealer approximately 4 months and on Car Gurus for a few days shy of 1 YEAR. “No, it’s perfect”, I was told. When I walked up to the front of the truck I noticed rust bubbling up under the front bumper’s paint. I crawled under the front of the truck and all the suspension had heavy rust, as did the frame. All wheels had corrosion and all aluminum engine parts were also corroded. As you might have guessed, I drove across the world to buy a 2022 F-450 at Lone Star Chevrolet, the very same day!
