The venue was absolutely beautiful and pristine! The surrounding grounds were well kept, and it felt very private. The staff were amazingly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this venue for your next event!

We had a leadership retreat here for our company, and this venue was AMAZING! The owner was there to help with anything we needed, and she and her team were so helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this venue for whatever your needs may be! It is such a beautiful venue and very spacious and clean!

We recently held our UTMB Health leadership retreat at Still Waters Ranch, and it was an incredible experience from planning through the end of the event!! Jennifer was nothing short of amazing, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that all of our needs were met. Our experience was exceptional, thanks in large part to Jennifer’s kindness and accommodating nature.Of course the venue itself is absolutely stunning, and it was a nice change of scenery for our leaders! We left feeling refreshed and grateful for a wonderful retreat experience!!

We got married at SWR December 10 2023, and this is by far the most beautiful place. They are on top of everything at all times. Not to mention Jennifer (Owner) is always one text or call away and replies asap. We are so grateful to have found the gem and we talk about it daily. Don't wait, Don't look around, THIS IS THE PERFECT SPOT!

I got married at SWR in September and I could not have picked a better venue! When you book at SWR, you’re booking with a family that truly cares about you and your story. The venue is stunning. And as a vendor myself, I also love working here! No venue I would higher recommend for my brides!

This is a really nice rustic event venue.the only drawback is the acoustics in such a large open area for music or announcements. It's very distorted.
