We were the last ones there tonight. By 9:15ish they were already mopping and cleaning which is understandable. The place was spotless. 9:30 rolls around and I’m finishing up folding and packing my clothes. They come and turn the fan off where I was. They were turning everything off! It was freakin hot and I turned it back on. As I said before..I was just about done. The other lady then comes a few minutes later and turns it off again. I told her that we weren’t done yet. She told me that they close at 9:45. I told her, well your door says 10pm and you could have waited to turn the fan off till we finished. She walked away. Mind you….we finished before 10!! Rude af and I’ll never return again. Bad customer service!!!!!! Pics to prove it. Oh and yes I waited till she turned around so she can see me

Changing my review from 4 star to 1 star following the other bad reviews.
I had an issue with my machine which didnt start after the last quarter. Went asking nicely to the asian guy. He proceeded to pretty much tell me I didnt know what I was doing and didnt even listen to my explanations.
He would have told me one more thing, I would have cried right there.
Im always respectful, and even more when I need help and he made me feel terrible for nothing.
I know when I dont know stuff but dont make me feel like im stupid for no reason.
Never go to that guy for help. He is rude as f. !

Been going since I was a kid with my mom. Never had any issues with the machines or people.

The old guy it’s very disrespectful. I was trying to tell him that the hot water doesn’t work and he was yelling at me. I really love this place but I don’t like his attitude He really don’t listen at all

The lady who works there is super bitter and is not friendly at all. They would see someone who is friendly with people and takes good care of her. The attitude is terrible.

People there are rude (not the workers) and they take what isn't theirs so don't leave ur baskets unattended they don't say excuse me or go around they push their way thru like there isn't enough machines to go around
