Micheal the Manager of this store is awesome. He helped me select the phone I needed. The store is clean and staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I do not like any of the phones currently out. I would like to see my right to more options as a consumer being respected. I do not want to pay for AI features if I do not want AI features. I want to pay for a more durable phone with a high processor and the ability to remove the battery when I so chose. I walked in with the money to buy the most expensive phone they had and would have if it was what I wanted. I bought the cheapest version of what I wanted because none of them are what I truly want as a consumer. Not all of us are driving and texting glued to our phones leaving 94 reviews for businesses. Some of us just want our music app and phone in the same device. None of the staff seemed high. They seemed laid back. None of that loud fake customer service in your face. Just chill respect. If you want that fake nice stay out of Alvin. If you are more worried about name tags over what you are actually paying money for, check your priorities. Be polite and ask them their name. I have been with Tmobile for years as well, my bill is almost 400 dollars a month. I bought 2 accessories today. Customers like me are the bread and butter to Tmobile. The company should offer me what I want. The employees/authorizeddealers do the best they can with what the company and the owner gives them.

Go to any other T-mobile store. Do not waste your time here. Most all employees are high and very unprofessional. We have been with T-mobile for years and the new staff at this store is corrupt from floor employees, all the way to the store manager. We were lied to about our plan and they were not willing to even try to make things right. Even after customer service contacted the store the manager they would not help. Customer service entered a complaint on the entire store so hopefully they make some staff changes. This store charged us over $700 in charges that were not agreed upon.

I bought a 5g modem just to test it out and didn't work. I returned it just to find out I had to pay full price for it. Never going to a t-mobile store ever again they put me through hell. They pretty much just stole my money when it was actually shipped and have i the evidence to prove it but yet t-mobile shrugged it off.

Worst customer service, literally go to any other tmobile store. These employees are very unprofessional and unpleasant. Came to get a new phone under warranty and the Tmobile employees wouldn't give it to me, even lying to the Tmobile Rep on the phone that my original phone was working (I have to return the original phone so why would I lie).

I feel sorry for anyone who comes to the store and believes their getting great service when in fact, their getting scammed out of their money just to get a sale. They're workers there are always half asleep, don't know what they're doing. There's never a manager there, been dealing with them since last year when the iPhone 14 came out. They f*** up my account and one of my family members as well. They should really state that they're a third-party T-Mobile not even a real T-Mobile store.

Absolute scam of a store. Said we had to pay another activation fee and an additional restocking fee for defective equipment.Called customer service in the store, they confirmed that we shouldn't pay anything extra for defective equipment. Store employees and manager refused even when customer service said she would help them with the exchange.Extremely rude and scummy, takes any opportunities to charge you extra or double charge you. Had to goto a different store where the employees apologized profusely for being scammed at this location.

Do yourself a favor and go three more miles down 35 into Alvin by the Popeyes and get your phone upgraded or fixed there! Two stars is for the girl who picked up after the retail guy went back into the unknown without explaining anything as I waited twenty minutes wondering what in the world is going on. Never figured out, and took my phone to the other store and happy I did! Should have gone to that franchise to start with.

I love my T-Mobile service. I have had it for over 12 years but this T-mobile franchise store is rough. If you have time spare yourself the heartache of the new working class and go to a corporate store.

I give this place 5 stars for the hard work they do here.I bought my internet router from them and the router is way faster then my other internet. I used to have to spend 4 hours a day getting my router to work and keep connecting it. My internet plate out on the roof of my house would always break and I would have to ask the repair Men to come down and fix it. I would constantly have so many issues with my other internet router. Finally when T-Mobile internet came in the area, I was over the moon happy. I immediately got the T-Mobile router and had it hooked up and it works way way faster and better. I’ve had minor problems but not as severe as before. I would highly recommend getting the internet with them and If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would.

Very good service. I got a new iPhone and they help me set it up they very nice and polite people. Next time I need help with my phone I’m definitely going to reach out to that store.

I am a 10+ year customer with 8 lines. I visited this store for the simple reason of picking up my warranty peices and we kept getting the run around on why Gabby (the T-Mobile employee) couldn't process my warranty. I was not buying all the excuses and was not giving in she finally asked my name and information looked up my account and grabbed my warranty peices. Thinking all is finally good and we were thinking all was going to work out but NOPE!!! now Gabby couldn't process my exchange because the internet was not working!!!!the T-MOBILE store did not have internet service to process my exchange. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!! THEY WILL TRY TO SELL YOU STUFF YOU DON'T NEED AND WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!!!!!!
