I went to this store based on commercials I had seen on tv and was hoping to get reasonable prices for a good mattress. The guy tried to sell a mattress that was good for youth or occasional use. It didn’t look like it would last that long. His prices for what I wanted were way more than where I ended up purchasing what I was looking for.

I honestly hate that I am having to write another review about a mattress that was supposed to be fixed. I came in purchased a mattress from this company and spent over 2k only for the mattress to start falling apart. They allowed me to come in and get another one and now this mattress is leaning. I’ve turned the mattress several times and that’s not the problem it’s the quality of the mattress. I am beyond disappointed in this purchase and I’m not sure what else to do next. I’m sure I will have to purchase another mattress because this mattress is not of good quality. Very disappointing..

Dean was wonderful, and very knowledgeable.He helped me find the right mattress for me to provide everything I needed in one.
I was in the store for quite a long time too, trying all the different ones and he was so very nice taking time explaining every detail of every question I had! I couldn't have asked for more! I would recommended to anyone if your looking for a mattress and Want courteous and helpful advice and deals, then that is the place to go! Thanks Dean, for making my experience great!

Had an extremely pleasant and easy experience working with Mike & Dean. He made sure to work with us around our budget & was very kind & entertaining to our 18 month old. We definitely recommend Texas Mattress Outlet.

I would never recommend buying a mattress from here. I was told the mattress I purchased came with a free box spring. As I’m looking over my receipt I noticed I was charged for the box spring. After going to the store and speaking with Dean he was absolutely no help and said he can’t remember and there was nothing he could do. He did not try to resolve the issue with me and just sat there in silence. His service was very unprofessional and I won’t ever recommend anyone to come here.

Dean helped me out and got me all hooked up with a great mattress and bed frame. He also was able to get someone to deliver everything to my new home. I would highly recommend coming here to get what you need. I am excited to sleep in my new bed.

I haven't bought my mattress yet but, I know I will! I just got off the phone with a super star in my book. His name is Dean and he did a wonderful job in answering my questions with a can do attitude! Positive attitude, helpful and there is not anything in his way to get me what I need and pronto!I was letting Dean know I am experiencing back pain due to my mattresses are old and need to be thrown out! Dean said we willtake care of getting me what I need for my needs and budget! Guess what? I do believe him! I'm excited to meet him cause I know It will be a good experience! Thank you Dean!
