So I called around 10:00 to schedule an appointment to get my vehicle serviced (a Honda Accord) I bought it from there, get there just for them to tell me they don't service Hondas couldn't tell me tht on the phone and I went to all the service areas. The lady at the service desk named Kayla( I think thts it's name) is a racist white lady every time I go in there she's VERY rude, people told me about her but I thought she couldn't be tht bad but I was wrong she is horrible. I was going to surprise my mom and trade her car in for a newer car since she bought hers from there to, but I will never service, buy or even recommend this horrible place with horrible racist people God keep me from people like this.

Service rep has poor to no communication. Site doesn't have a certified diesel mechanic onsite.

ron carter gmc service in alvin is great! my vehicle has proven to be difficult and these guys have stayed the course with patience, kindness, and respect. svc advisor angel has been absolutely awesome, chad followed up so kindly, and svc tech jessie has been a real key to getting the seemingly hopeless situation figured out and resolved!!! i was not pushed thru to getting another car in and out despite the actual outcome. these guys truly cared about getting the problem fixed. i am so very grateful for this svc dept! mgr jackson was also so vry kind and helpful with getting my vehicle back to not only specs, but to my satisfaction and comfort. thanks so much guys!!

Went in to "look at" the Chevy Trax none avail. We were shown a Trailblazer RS loved the higher then average head space and the roomy back floor space. The 7.5 ground clearance. The l.5 lt eco engine. 31 to a gal. Perfect fit for these 2 old SS... I owned a Subaru which we passed on to my grandson. A bit bigger then this one. But the price was the deal breaker. Great transaction beginning with Amy in sales to Brian in finance. JPM sealed the deal.

We took are car in for a turbo problem and they did fix it then damage my vehicle and had to talk to the manger to get them to fix it because Kevin was denied it and when we got our car back it was not fix and had no way to get my wife and 4 months old child back home so they just let them sit in 104 degree weather until the Uber could pick them up and refuse to let me speak to the manager

These men are sharp! They are highly competent, pleasant, and have a wonderful disposition. They always keep you in the loop and show you the problematic areas. With these men, you may relax completely, and their costs are fair.

I bought a 2022 camaro LT1 for 48000 dollars. I had 68 miles when they were to put on window tinting. When I got my car back it had 59 extra miles on it .I got 4 different stories from 4 different people as to where the miles came from. I wasn't told they were taking my car off the lot for the tinting. The car was dirty and they had used a1/4tank of gas.I was not happy. I think someone basically drove a car I payed for without my permission.

Here is a photo of my car. My car was located at 1 AM my the police at an employee's residence. I had to drive over an hour to get my vehicle in another county. My car was in the service department for an electrical issue when the police knocked on the door of the residents the employee said that he was test driving my vehicle to see if he fixed it. I have had no contact with Ron Carter except by the service manager John. Since posting my story on Facebook and reaching out to the news I've had multiple people reach out to me that they have also experienced the same exact thing with this dealership! Stay far away!!!

Have taken my vehicle twice within 1 month for service. Both times , they have no loaner and enterprise rental has no GM vehicles for rent. Not much help when you need them. I'm lucky I still have a job.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Wasted 2hrs round trip drive and 3hrs of vacation because of their lies. Do not believe their trade value they show you on their website its false. Instead of the $46,000 fore trade they really offered $25,000 (big difference). It would be nice to get a real ball park on their website and sales folks on the phone. My truck is a one owner, garage kept, driven less than 5,800 miles annually and in mint condition. I called 2hrs before I left work to verify the truck I was wanting to buy was on the lot. When I got there they admitted the truck I came for was not there but they had some more expensive trucks available (go figure). I will never trust them again, they had me waste my vacation from work and a 2hr road trip for a lie

We came in this morning to look at a new Yukon. I made an inquiry on their website to check the availability of a vehicle. Within minutes, Vanessa in their internet sales department reached out and confirmed that the vehicle we wanted to see was indeed available. After a short drive, we arrived and we were introduced to Byron who did his best to make sure we were taken care of. We took the car for a test drive and made the decision to purchase. There was some back and forth regarding dealer installed options but we were treated fairly on our trade-in and the ultimate price we paid made us feel right about the purchase. Mark in finance was very good at his job and took great care of us. Overall, this purchase was great and we will do business with them again.

Classic bait and switch tactics. Was told one price then when it came time to work the numbers, the price magically jumped 10k. Apparently there was a "discrepancy" in their system. Was also told by the finance manager that they list a lower price online to try to get Houston customers to come to them, and if you have a trade in they will lowball you to try to make up the loss. What a sleazy business model.

All I can say is WOW and not in a good way. Spoke on the phone with a salesperson and manager; stated we would purchase the car which was in transit. They were supposed to call once it arrived for us to purchase. No call. We called them and confirmed we wanted to buy and that the dealership doesn't do add ons beyond tint and wheel locks. Also confirmed the purchase price prior to driving up. Confirmed both of these with multiple people. Showed up to purchase and first we were told that 4 people had already attempted to purchase the car which had been on the lot "for several days." They then attempted to add $2000 in add ons. The manager refused to remove them even when asked and detailed our previous conversations. We've reported this dealership to GMC. Buyer beware!
