Very nice and professional since the moment I walked in. Walked in the afternoon before to make sure they could accommodate me the next day , and made sure that they had a tire in stock which they didn’t , but they ordered one. It was ready the next morning as they promised. I asked for the cheapest option possible, and they did not try to upsell me. I brought my car when I got off work the next afternoon met another person the next day who was very nice as well and professional, took care of the tire immediately and inspection right after. They had it ready within less than 45 minutes. Good things to say all around , which sadly is hard to find these days. Thank you to everyone there. would strongly recommend!

As a female, taking my vehicle to a shop has always been intimidating given my lack of vehicle maintenance knowledge. However, the team here has always been honest with their recommendations and prices even when compering them with other local shops. They definitely take accountability and pride for their work and are easy to talk to. My vehicle has been service at this shop for oil changes, tire upgrades, sensors replace, battery replacement, alignments and registration inspections.

Should be ZERO stars. Walked in to get a tire issue fixed. Employees just hanging out. Walked up to the desk.. there was another customer there. So I waited.. and waited..guy behind the desk, didn’t say a word. No hello, kick rocks or nothing. I waited 10 minutes, went outside to got in my ride. As I am searching for another tire shop. I look up and see the customer and the guy behind the desk laughing. I keep searching. He comes outside and ask if i need anything, I said no I will take my plethora of business elsewhere. Never to return.

Thank you so much, Pierre, for fixing my brake sensor at no cost and you knew immediately what was wrong and took the time to fix it yourself! And no charge!! My break light and rear lights would not turn off and you knew exactly what to do!! I knew that you would know what to do!! And knew exactly where to rake my car when I saw that these lights were not turning off ! Firestone tire company is the best and Pierre and James are experts! I trust their expertise and their prices for repairs are super great! Thanks so much, Mr. Pierre, for helping me with my car today!! So thankful and relieved! God bless you guys! So thankful ! My neighbor was right when he told me you guys were the best for taking care of my 2010 Honda! Yayyyy!
