“Lawrence Wrecker Service was great from start to finish. They showed up way faster than I expected, and the driver was professional, friendly, and took really good care of my vehicle. Being stuck on the side of the road is stressful, but they made the whole process easy and hassle free.
The communication was solid, pricing was fair, and you can tell they actually care about helping people instead of just trying to get in and out. Hopefully I won’t need another tow anytime soon, but if I do, they’ll definitely be the first call I make. Highly recommend.”
“Blew a tire on SR35, sitting on the shoulder with 3 little girls. Mike's first focus was to clear the back seat of the wrecker and get the girls in a safe place. He even put on a movie! He quickly and carefully took care of the car and got us to Discount Tire before they closed. Thank you!”

“No one is happy to need a tow. I'm grateful Merchant's was courteous and helpful in my time of need. Merchant's waited in three hours of traffic to come pick me up and get my car to the shop. They didn't cancel on me and they kept me updated on their progress. Hopefully you never need a tow, but if you do, Merchant's was a great service.”

“We called Merchant's today. The gentleman on the phone was nice. Joe the tow truck driver was awesome, he got there quickly which was good because it's hot outside.
We were paying with a card the driver asked if we had received a payment link, but we didn't. He had no way to take our payment. They asked before the tow if we were paying with cash or card I said card.
Since we did not receive a link we called the office to make the payment on the phone. My daughter called to make the payment. She said whoever she talked to on the phone seemed aggravated . I wasn't here at the time so I don't know what happened.
I'm willing to give this place 4 stars because they did come quickly and the driver was really nice and helpful. The man I personally spoke too was also very nice. I don't know who she talked to. Maybe whoever she talked too was having a bad day or something I really don't know. I guess we all have bad days.”
