“Blew a tire on SR35, sitting on the shoulder with 3 little girls. Mike's first focus was to clear the back seat of the wrecker and get the girls in a safe place. He even put on a movie! He quickly and carefully took care of the car and got us to Discount Tire before they closed. Thank you!”

They didn't cancel on me and they kept me updated on their progress. Hopefully you never need a tow, but if you do, Merchant's was a great service.”

“This tow truck company was assigned to my roadside assistance request with Progressive on Jan 28th. A bit of a wait, in no way their fault. I'm sure the communication between Progressive/Insurance Companies as a whole and Tow Truck services could be improved on the back end. They came all the way from Alvin to the Walmart in La Marque. Very nice guy! I'm really sorry that but I can't for the life of me remember his name. I've been recovering from the flu. Really appreciated their time and assistance with such a hectic day ?
