Tri County is a great storage facility. Michelle is also a great and very down to earth person. The customer service still gives you that small hometown feel. We have weathered through hurricane and the units have held up. I would definitely recommend them when looking for your next unit. Also the prices of other places don’t compare.

Tri County Storage in Alvin TX has always provided exceptional service! I required 2 of their climate control units over the years and never encountered any issues. Access to my rental was always convenient and easily accessible. My units always remained safe and secure. Communication was always pleasant and helpful.

Michelle is great! She has helped us every time we needed her too! We used this facility for two and a half years and never had a problem with anything. Secure and you have access to your things whenever you need it. Our son uses Tri County Storage, also. I highly recommend Michelle and Tri County Storage!

I’ve had such a great experience with Tri County Storage! The facility is always clean, secure, and easy to access. But what really makes the difference is the staff — Michelle especially has been absolutely wonderful! She’s friendly, helpful, and always goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend!

We were stuck in the rain over an hour waiting on a lock Smith because no one worked there to help unlock or cut the lock off. Had to pay 130.00 bucks to get it cut. So we could unload and leave.
