Reserved a car tow trailer from this location. When we went to pick up we were informed that the previous person with it never returned it so we had to move our reservation for the next day. She informed us she did not work the next day but she lived on the property so just call when we got there to pick up at 6:15pm. We showed up the second day and had to call for 2 hours over and over before giving up. Not only did she not inform us that it wouldn't be available although having our numbers on file wasting our time and gas. She ghosted us on day 2 as well. I still have yet to receive any return calls, despite leaving several messages.

The last 2 storages I purchased was not right they was staged units. There was nothing of any value. They put a few random tools but nothing worked at all. Just look at the pictures of the units. I didn't realize it until the units were opened and the facility already took their funds. I'm formally requesting a full refund and seek that this facility is removed from your auctions. It was complete junk both units. I'm also forwarding this to the facility. Two other people bought units and said exactly the same thing. The units are staged not at all the way this works. I've personally bought over 300 units from your site and 2 other sites used in the Houston area and this was a scam. Please refund my money asap.Thank you for your time. This facility stages units period...........
