Came into the Alvin location here in did not have very much information to get into my account to pay my bill.
Donna quite a bit of time and figure it out how to get into my account to pay my bill.
Took her a total about 35 minutes but believe me she got in there and got all of my bills paid so that I am actually paid up for 2 months and I have all of my information and my phone now so if anybody ever needs any help paying your Verizon bill or anything to do with the phone please come up here and see Donna she is blesseing to all of US!!!!!!!

I came in for the pay off your phone promotion in December and NEVER received my gift card as promised (was assured it would be no more than 30 days). Jared Campbell was the individual who started off as helpful even gave me his number for help. He only responded when I talked about coming to pay for my watch. As soon as I paid I texted him over a month later asking for help, he then stopped responding and I never got helped. Very disappointing and awful service.

Donna was amazing!!!! I own 3 successful businesss and I’m already thinking of how can incorporate her into one of them…..lord knows Verizon won’t be able to retain her, she’s to good, and big corps never see good talent, that’s why good talent leaves…..that girl is going places , mark my words. She is an extremely intelligent mutli tasking, customer service, MACHINE!!!!! Maybe she will come learn with me to be a Sawmiller…..lol

This store took my phone in trade, then never gave me credit for the tradein. In addition, I was also supposed to get a credit for for a reduction in the amount memory. Never received that either. They are liars and thieves.
