I really appreciate all the customer service I receive at Walgreens. Aarely R. Was so helpful and professional not to mention friendly,she helped me pick out so make-up products and I'm very happy with them. I hope she gets recognized, she really went above and beyond great customer service. Also, Hannah helped me with printing out pictures.

Not a pharmacy. This is a convenience store with a pharmacy that's open briefly. Go anywhere else you're guaranteed a better experience

They only got one star because it's required. I have spent hours on hold, 30 minutes at a time because they just disconnect after 30 minutes. Save yourself the frustration, if your insurance allows you to go anywhere else, do that. This place is a joke.

I spoke to the store manager to add a savings card to a prescription that was not covered by insurance (would have cost upwards of $400 without the copay card). She acted like she was very irritated to have to help add the card to the prescription and tried to tell me it “could not be done” like a know it all. I assured her that’s exactly how the card works so we input the information and even after the card was successfully applied bringing the copay to $30 she was irritated and acted like it was still wrong. Would definitely not fill scripts here where the top management is that unhelpful. You know it all trickles down.

Wait a whole 40 mins in outside line to be told shipment was running behind and that I will not be in till tomorrow! SMH wow Walgreens I know you can do better updating app and communicating with your customers. This is very frustrating especially I do not live in town.

Debbie is always friendly and kind. Also good prices on sales items.
Great pharmacy associates and pharmacist. They really care about their clients getting vaccines or picking up prescriptions and always ask if you have any questions about your prescriptions. Although sometimes they may be very busy they still give you full attention to make sure you understand your medication.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this is necessary. I been using Walgreens for decades now and this one is the absolute worst. They NEVER get my 3monthly prescriptions right. Every single month it’s a back and forth game between Walgreens and my doctor’s office to get one prescription filled. They are rude and incompetent. I can’t believe how poorly this place is run. It takes all day or days to get filled and hours in the drive thru. I will be looking for another pharmacy now after all these years. I wrote this review to possibly help people in need of important prescriptions in a timely manner because it’s not happening here!

Absolutely rude. I had to go find someone for help and she got an attitude immediately as if I was interrupting her. Asked multiple times and was left to figure it out on my own. They kept speaking to each other and ignoring me and walking off acting like the shelves being stocked was more important than helping a customer. These were the store clerks and not the pharmacy.

They always have such a variety of merchandise, to peruse. I like grabbing the cheap snacks at checkout. I usually enjoy my experience here. :)

Slowest place ever, if you decide to go to the pharmacy drive-through you better bring some food cause you’re gonna be there for a while 45 mins and still 2 cars in front of me

If you’re looking for delayed medical care and constant out-of-stock prescriptions , Alvin Walgreens is the place for you. ‘Out of stock’ should be their AD slogan.

Went in to pickup my photo order, there was only 1 employee behind the checkout register. She told me that she would be with me momentarily but just kept helping the people at the check out line instead of pausing to assist me at the photo booth. Ended up leaving and will just go back later. Waste of my time.
