It's a bank and you expect for them to have change (coins) but sadly they don't, so upsetting this has happened several times.

I've been with JSC for over 20 years and have never had a customer service problem. I'm not sure if it's the Wellby situation but contacting an actual person is extremely hard suddenly. The hold music & wait times are awful. Talk about grating on your last nerve! I gave two stars because it's not the actual branch that's so disappointing. I've been in the process of refinancing my two vehicles for 3 weeks now.Contacting the loan department is a joke. I've never had so much of a headache with financing or refinancing before.
