Pulled into drive thru and teller doesn’t greet me. Just asks can I help you. I get my withdrawal slip. Give it back. He hands it back and just says, there you go. No smile, no thank you, no have a nice day. He was more worried about eating his cupcake cracker. I’ve been a member since 1997. I was disappointed in his customer service. He is a younger black guy. Very poor customer service.

Usually i have a great, quick & easy experience at this location but today Asile was in a terrible mood, uncommunicative & kept messing up my requests. I needed to simply deposit $ and get a money order but she kept putting in/ taking out money from different accounts. Very unfortunate. Hope she was just having an off day.

Im done. They run short staffed all the time, lines are long and takes forever. One cashier is always in a bad mood, they never answer their phone, they say notary service is free but never have a notary working, they are allowed to provide certain courtesies but they dont, so why would i choose this bank over another?

Is there actually a coin shortage only at this location? I go to 5 different banks during the week and it seems that this is the only location that has coins issues. I dont see a sign saying coin shortage.

Making an appointment here is useless. Each time I’ve had to do so, I end up having to wait 15-25 minutes after the appointment start-time because the WF representative, Brandy Clark, wasn’t ready. She also seems to be the only one in the branch who wears her mask around her chin rather than over her nose and mouth. It’s a shame the Gordon location closed down; I always received stellar service there. Now, the closest decent WF branch is a 20 minute drive away (which honestly might be a better option since you end up having to wait about that long anyway).

Drive thru not open. They currently only have two tellers. Have to go into lobby (long waiting lines). Was told could be up to two months before they can hire someone. Such poor planning/poor customer service by Wells Fargo. Time to switch to a new bank.

Not the friendliest staff. Katy was slow and more concerned talking about lunch with a coworker than the customer in front of her.

Told my wife she needs an appointment to open an account....wasn't a single other customer in the bank...Drove right over to BBVA, was greeted warmly, and had an account opened in 15 minutes. Wells Fargo left us feeling looked down upon by snoots, and unwanted as customers.

Hours are posted from 9AM- 5 PM on the door for the LOBBY but the doors are locked not allowing customers. The sign should be removed if the lobby is closed. Also clearly understaffed. Every time I come to this bank I wait in the drive thru for my entire lunch break. On more than one occasion I had to leave without being serviced bc the line just doesn’t move. There was another location down the street that was actually open on the inside and was much faster but they closed that location so now I have no choice but to come to this one. Something needs to be done to better this!

Recently opened an account here. Had to make two separate trips, b/c I was unaware that I needed cash for the initial deposit, but with both trips, I was pleased. I was greeted with friendly faces walking in and treated with the upmost respect from the two individuals who helped me. My questions and concerns were answered and the process was quick. I will definitely be opening a savings.

The first time I needed customer support at the physical location of the bank and the staff was rude, I just overlooked it. The second time made me say hmmmmm. The rude staff today just confirmed it. 3 out of 3 times I have been inside the bank the staff has just been rude. Not even trying to be accommodating. They seem to have a "if you don't like it too bad attitude." Happens again, the manager is going to get a request for a meeting from me. They need training on how to smile, kindness, common courtesy, patience, and accommodating.

the drive thru atm will steal your money, and their customer service will reinforce the theft so don't bother trying, and they are above the law too so they get away with the crime! better to store your cash in a crack heads pocket than trust their drive thru atm

I showed a valid Texas drivers licence and debit card but you insisted that I drive 12 miles home and 12 miles back to retrieve my social security card to cash a check. It was Rediculous.Who the heck requires a Social Security card to cash a damn check.Truly a waste of my time.Took my business elsewhere.

I really don't like coming to this place. Banks in general need to update but they fail to do it on time. While I love the tellers, it seems they are either always new or need permission from a manager. This instills fast employee turnover at this location. In fact, one of the employees here just told a customer they have two new tellers with several more being hired. A good employer should not have high turnover rate and that is what I see from this location. The bankers themselves are always polite but sometimes pushy. It seems they assume we know more than we do. It would be nice if the bankers knew more about how credit scores work or even brought it up before closing or opening accounts. The worst part about banks in general are the hours. They are open when you go to work, closed when you get off work, and the open for a few hours on Saturday so that you have to wait in line. It's a frustrating process and one reason some credit unions are better.

Worst manager ever Dana you suck at customer service. From veteran USMC!!!! Told too wait for help from a personal banker u bank teller. Dana said customer service was the only people or options she could give me knowing I had issues with them prior to this day. She then proceeded to kick me out the office saying I raised my voice. Great move Dana and yes once again I have to say your customer service sucks beyond belief in today's age that says a lot about you and how well you perform at your craft. Close your doors cause your no help at all.
