I brought my vehicle in for fuel pump issues. Shannon claims to have replaced the entire fuel pump assembly. After picking up my vehicle I was still getting fuel pump error codes. I checked it out myself and found the “new” fuel pump was leaking gas out of a hairline crack. So I ordered a new pump and replaced it myself. I took the “new” but old pump back to Shannon and showed him the crack and expressed that I didn’t believe it was replaced, especially due to how yellow the plastic was on the old pump, and I would like to work something out refund wise. He shut that down and said that he could show me the receipt for the pump that he ordered. I asked to see said receipt but of course he couldn’t find it in his system. The yellow pump is the one he claims is new which he installed a month ago. The white pump is the pump I replaced it with. Note the cracks and color difference.

Just called in and got quoted $600 for a basic car alarm on a 04 Astro Van.You all are crazy high. I could justify putting in $300 for an $80 alarm but $600?!edit: I asked for a Basic System not remote start.

Great pricing for great work. Shannon is honest and did a great job tinting my windows on my Jeep Wrangler. I could tell he really cares about the quality of the work. He did a walk around with me after to show the work done, very impressive.
