We bought a Hyundai from James Wood a couple of years ago and now our needs have changed. Curiosity took us to the Hyundai website to look at pricing on a Tucson. The response from James Wood Hyundai was quick, professional without pushing, and we give our thanks to an excellent sales staff. Every question we asked was answered timely and even though what we wanted was not on the lot, it was located and is in the process of being fitted to our needs. We bought and serviced our Accent there and will continue to do so with the new Tucson. They do an excellent job each and every time.”

“I've been here a few times now. Best tire shop I've been to. We've got trucks, trailers, cars, and equipment, you name it. They get all my business because their prices are cheap, they do great thorough work, and everyone is just so nice, from the techs to the people up front. Always fast service. They've got a crew that doesn't sit around. If someone sees something that needs to be done, or if someone doesn't have a work order, it's all hands on deck. Couldn't be more satisfied with this place. They ask all the right questions to ensure you get what you want, and im a particular guy. Got some great people working here.”
“Was in Jacksboro for a banzai hunting trip and woke early on Saturday morning to a completely flat tire. Called Chicos, they asked if we needed help getting there (we didn't), and within 2 hours I had my tire patched/plugged, and back on my truck. Drove home 1,000 miles without any issues. Can't say enough nice things about this shop, their service, their fair pricing, and their ability to help a guy in a bad situation out.”

“I was 100 miles from home today when a “transmission system problem” warning lit up the instrument panel on my vehicle. If I had an instrument panel on my forehead, it too would have flashed all sorts of error messages. I was super panicked and stressed out, but Phillip, owner of Flusche Auto Repair, came to my rescue. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and smart. He checked the transmission fluid, pulled error codes with his $fancy$ machine, and quickly diagnosed the problem as something covered under a Honda recall / extended warranty. Hooray! I was relieved when he said I could make it to my local the dealership without destroying my transmission. Furthermore, during my brief visit, I observed how Phillip treated his employees—with kindness and respect.
God bless you, Phillip! You were my guardian angel today.”
“I needed a motorcoach removed from a property, Rick was the only guy around who took the time and equipment to come and get it. He was punctual and very careful with the property not to put unnecessary ruts in the ground. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone.”

“Bought control arms several months back. I work out of town.....don't have much time at home. Been working on a 94 Chevy 2500 with a GV of 8600 pounds for my son for THIS Christmas. Parts I bought months ago were wrong!!!! For a lower GV truck!!! I called up there and told them several times 8600! They said no problem I got them in stock. Went up there and they were the EXACT same part I had bought months ago. WRONG. I was so mad I was seeing red!!! I was about to return my parts and head to another parts store but another guy who was manager of a nearby store walked in to pick up something and saw how mad I was. He asked if he could help. I went off on him and he sat there and listened and said don't worry ill take care of it. He looked up the parts, called over the other guy who got it wrong, and explained to him the difference between 7200 and 8600 in whatever thing they use to look it up. I was mad. I can't wait until tomorrow I'm back at work saturday!!! He told me they had them in the back. He told the other guy to go get these parts, and managed to talk me into two new front rotors and pads. I have no problem spending money on good parts and GOOD SERVICE. He Walked out with me, helped me load my stuff. I offered him a $50 bill and he told me to keep it and instead right a good review on Google. Well here's my review!”
“I've had several vehicles taken care of by Cody and Justin.. good guys!! Had a Malibu that was supposed to be repaired by another shop in Azle.. Cody showed me the glue job that other shop did, then he made it right.Also had front end rebuilt on my 98 GMC truck.And rear end redone on 03 Yukon.Only down side is, they are super busy so the turnaround can take some time.. as expected.I also admired how well lit up their shop and yard is!!”
