Man was professional and diagnosed the issue quick. What they failed to tell us on the phone is the service is a whopping 110$. It would of been nice to know ahead of time especially with them not taking card.Service: Refrigerator repair

I had an older man by the name of Tony come out to look at my fridge for a repair and he was EXTREMELY unprofessional. He dropped juice and other food out of my fridge onto the floor and told me I needed to mop it up and he then proceeded to roll his eyes at me and when I asked him to look at my control panel about the ice machine he said well that would have to be "another" call even though it is part of the fridge. His mannerism was just really rude and unprofessional. I'm very disappointed ?

Great service, faster than I expected. The only drawback was the office lady neglected to tell me it's cash or check only, so I had to do some scrambling. I'm hoping not to need repair service again any time soon, but if I do, I'll be better prepared. Tony was professional and got my fridge running quickly. I was especially pleased that he had the parts with him and I didn't have to wait for one to be shipped.

Tony came out twice to attempt repairing my 4 yr old dryer. He charged me $90service call & said if it didn’t stay fixed to call him. I did so as it still had the very same problem. He wouldn’t refund my money or come back. It’s certainly not my fault he has no talent !!!I definitely won’t recommend this company. Terrible business practice.

Was out here in Canyon for my sons WT game and their fridge was not working called A-1 up and they came out same day and had it working in a few mins had all the parts he needed on his truck. Great service!!
