Had to have my interlock calibrated while passing thru Amarillo and A&E accommodated me at the last minute and got me back on my way.. my dog fell in love with Jake (the technician) and she was flirting when he took this pic.. overall it was a very pleasant visit and I will look forward to seeing then again if I need to

They dropped and broke my 65" tv and won't compensate . I have proof because they tried to tape with clear tape the chunk that broke off and left their finger prints on the tape!!!On top of the fact this tv sat on my shelf since removed from the box it was bout in.

A & E Electronics was great to work with. They weren't able to fix the problem on the first try, but they came back out a second time and fixed the issues. They were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The owner contacted us quickly to give the pricing and follow up on the servicing. We will use them again in the future.

I took my surround sound receiver in to get diagnosed. They had it for about 10 days then I started calling. After about another 5days they finally told me that is needed another circuit board and that they don't do that. No explanation and no recommendations.

I took a 70 inch flat screen in for them to fix. The picture was not showing, screen was black. They told me that it would be to much to fix...like 2 or 3 thousand and to go ahead and buy another one for a cheaper price. They asked if I wanted them to dispose of tv, I told them I would come retrieve the tv. I found another tv shop around the way and took it in for the male to look at it. Tell me why he charged me less than 200 dollars to get it fixed. You have to watch out for shops now a days, where you just going to fix my tv and sell it to the highest bidder.
