Gary was incredible. Bottom line this is a man of value, respect and unwavering integrity. He fought the warranty company the entire process to have the work completed and to have the problem solved not just a bandaid. Thank you for keeping my family’s safety in mind the whole process.

Kind of disappointed in this mom and pop location. Owner said my transmission fluid and brakes would be done before noon. Almost a day later, no fluid change but brakes were. Owner was a bit rude on the phone, but not to where i wouldnt be back. I can't necessarily blame him, on the time since my company's vechicle program can be difficult to deal with, but I do have to deduct points because of lack of communication on the parts status.

Don't understand how owner acts like he doesn't hear or understand you and then just calls you with charges without advising how much it's actually gonna be you tell him what you'd like then he just does it without calling telling you this is the diagnosis and it's this and it's gonna be this

Have a AAMCO lifetime warranty on my transmission, which means ANY AAMCO nationwide will honor it. Not theses guy's. Seemed to be a bother that I had just taken 2 days to get from eastern Arizona to Amarillo, normally about a 6 hour drive or so, because I lost my highway gear in the transmission. Without coming right and saying it, basically said they didn't want to deal with it. According to the shop I received it from (lifetime warranty), my vehicle should have received priority because of the warranty, and the fact I was stranded away from home.

Gary is the nicest person I have ever dealt with at a automotive shop he was helpful and kept in contact with me they did a wonderful job fixing my Jeep and they didn't gouge me on the price I recommend taking all of your car repairs to Aamco Transmissions and Total Car Care

I took my Jeep Patriot to get my AC fixed and they did a wonderful job the AC was cold as ice and I had to wear a jacket in the summertime inside my Jeep when I went to work I recommend to all my family and friends and even my enemies
