Kind of disappointed in this mom and pop location. Owner said my transmission fluid and brakes would be done before noon. Almost a day later, no fluid change but brakes were. Owner was a bit rude on the phone, but not to where i wouldnt be back. I can't necessarily blame him, on the time since my company's vechicle program can be difficult to deal with, but I do have to deduct points because of lack of communication on the parts status.

Have a AAMCO lifetime warranty on my transmission, which means ANY AAMCO nationwide will honor it. Not theses guy's. Seemed to be a bother that I had just taken 2 days to get from eastern Arizona to Amarillo, normally about a 6 hour drive or so, because I lost my highway gear in the transmission. Without coming right and saying it, basically said they didn't want to deal with it. According to the shop I received it from (lifetime warranty), my vehicle should have received priority because of the warranty, and the fact I was stranded away from home.

Gary is the nicest person I have ever dealt with at a automotive shop he was helpful and kept in contact with me they did a wonderful job fixing my Jeep and they didn't gouge me on the price I recommend taking all of your car repairs to Aamco Transmissions and Total Car Care

Don't understand how owner acts like he doesn't hear or understand you and then just calls you with charges without advising how much it's actually gonna be you tell him what you'd like then he just does it without calling telling you this is the diagnosis and it's this and it's gonna be thisSends you a 9pp dollar bill

I took my Jeep Patriot to get my AC fixed and they did a wonderful job the AC was cold as ice and I had to wear a jacket in the summertime inside my Jeep when I went to work I recommend to all my family and friends and even my enemies

This place is a total rip off!! They charged me $4500 for a new transmission and then when I got the truck back it was still messed up. The owner wouldn’t warranty the bad job so now I have to file a claim against him to get my money back. Stay away from this place!!!!!

Absolutely awesome service, communication, and all about that handling a lost customer lol. Garry , if I got it right is the best. I'm sure I wore him out with questions and what not and he didnt disappoint. I put him on the edge a little here and there but he came thru w my dumb questions lol. He gave me the basic quote( Transmission) but as u know u cant see COMPLETELY what's broken inside till ya open it and he explained step by step( didnt hear alot of it) and in the end it was a little higher than quoted but I understood damn near exactly what and why....pretty cool. Scale of 1-10.....9

I haven't had them fix anything yet, but the owner Gary seem nice and honest. He is actually doing research on my Nissan so he don't waist my time or money if we can't get right parts. I appreciate that.
