I had the absolute most horrible experience. Not only did I never miss a payment the whole time had the most horrible cutomer service! My device went in for repair and I was told it was going to be about 6 weeks and wouldn't even offer me a loaner yet I had to still make my payments! I finally got someone to hear me and they gave me one full of girl stickers. (mind you i have boys)Time went on and I kept calling to ask if it was back from being repaired. The man i guess annoyed with me told me we will call you. I asked him to verify my number and they had the wrong number!!! So I waited and waited kept making payments and finally paid my device off so i decided to call since i never got a call. The manager Christine proceeded to be rude lie to me said they came by my residence which is a lie I work from home and have a ring camera and when I verified the number it was the one from before that was never corrected! Needless to say they leased mine out to someone else! Offered nothing but to take the speakers off the loaner I have! Absolutely horrible experience.

Aarons on the Amarillo Blvd has been Harassing my mom they call her 10 days before due date asking for payment before her due date they keep calling her everyday when she told them that she can't pay them til the 14th of the month

They didn't have what I wanted. The workers were very kind. I am little disappointed that I couldn't get the furniture in the same day.

I'm very annoyed by Aarons now after y'all coming to my house claiming I didn't make a payment when if you would have looked at my account I did. I just don't call in and make payments. No point! But that's ok y'all can have this entertainment center back when it's due. I will not be buying from y'all again. Very very unprofessional at its best. I gave y'all a chance and y'all showed me how y'all really are.

I am purchasing a washer and had tell them 3 times before they came to pick it up to get repaired and they left a loaner washer that was full of roaches and smelled awful! Worst experience ever will never get my business again!!

Worst place to Rent-To-Buy from. So unprofessional and they harass the hell out of you. Y’all were good a couple years ago & then y’all hire new people that don’t know how to work in a establishment.
