Went there with my daughter and her friend to go shop for my daughter's bday and their was one worker on the floor and she called another worker out to come watch us and pretended to fold clothes everywhere we went so we left cause we were the only ones being watched and followed in the store so we will never go back to shop I felt bad for my daughter she was wanting to shop but it was uncomfortable

I like the store, it's a shame there is a very rude worker. Or he is simply always in a bad mood and serves very poorly. It's not the first time he's done this to me, I say I'll never go into that store because of him again, but I keep going because I like the clothes they sell there.

There are 2 specific workers in Amarillo that are there almost everyday and they are so rude. One male and one female that make rude remarks every time I visit the store. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I went into the store, literally in Aeropostale clothes to buy more on Black Friday. Jacob, the manager, came up to me and asked me to put my mask over my nose, which I did. A minute later he walked back by and I asked him why he was letting all the other people get away with it pointing out about 5 others. He told me he wasn't going to be assaulted by me and told me to leave. Which I did. When I walk in with your clothes on realize that I used to shop there. Not anymore. Aeropostale say thank you to Jacob for losing money. In this day in age with Amazon you should beg for business not treat others like crap.

Came in to see the sales and usually have good experiences, but their sales associate Lindsay with the brown hair was unbelievably rude and snarky when asked for help. She also seemed as if she didn’t know what to do at the register, so my take is she’s new, and it’s a shame because I won’t be returning due to management not training employees properly. Don’t understand how they hire someone so bad at customer service.

Went here with a friend for the first time and took a selfie in front of the sitting statues and out of nowhere came the security guard as if he was following me around told me in a very unpleasant tone that I had to delete the picture out of my phone and all the other pics because I cannot have any pictures that identifies Westgate Mall. I deleted the photos and immediately left. Will not return

We came here looking to walk around and enjoy ourselves. I took some pictures and got a verbal warning from security stating that there is no picture taking in the Mall common area. He told us that we needed to stop. He said that there were signs stating that there are no picture taking with in the mall. We came through a store front and seen no Mall rules posted. Very sad because this mall is very empty and nobody is here on a very nice day Maybe security guard could have talk to us in a better way instead of raising his voice and saying there's no picture taking and making us feel stupid It's sad marketing because it is a very nice mall and how could people know about the mall if there's no picture taking allowed. Rules are Rules I understand. But customers are revenue. They lost several customers today. Good luck and Have a great day!
