The facility itself is run very well. However, I've been renting over a year, and I've never once been able to pay my bill on the website. It has an internal error that for unknown reasons to customer service if or when it will be fixed. The automated system is vague and doesn't inform you that if your pymt is processed, it simply hangs up. The only other option is paying an agent $8 to take the pymt. It seems like it should be their problem, right? Nope. They'll stick you with that fee, regardless of logic or fairness.

I just had a phone call with SpareBox and spoke with Akein. My issue regarded monthly payments (my credit card had been cancelled due to fraud, so SpareBox was charging the old card and not getting paid). He helped me sort everything out, and things are back in good order. Thank you Akein!
