Susan Kirk is AMAZING!! I had a problem transferring units. She took good care of it right away. She's very attentive to me. The facility is clean and well taken care of too. Again, Susan is AMAZING!!

SpareBox #9 has major accessibility issues with there gate. The gate dose not accept customer codes during business hours and the only solution is to call customer service and play a game of try this code and wait for the property manager to address the issue. This going on for a week now and they don’t seem to have an answer or solution when talking to them. I would think twice about getting a unit at this location if you want to be able to have access to your property in the unit.

Had an incident last Saturday where my storage door would not close due to malfunctioning of one of the tracks. I called the office # and they immediately got ahold of the Property Manager. I believe her name was Susan. The PM text me within 3 minutes of my calling it in and she was onsite with an helper within 10 minutes. They quickly fixed my track and made sure everything was functioning properly! Great customer service!
