Poor communication on part of spare box owners with customers at S. Western location in Amarillo, Tx. Arrived at location to only learned that spare box management had changed the lock policy on all units. there were no on-site personnel to help with removing the locks, cost me an additional $200 to have the locks removed. we were customers with spare box for 15 years. My recommendation is not to use them at all. everything is automated and there’s no one on site for personal customer service.

I found it interesting that it's basically just a kiosk there. Seems to work. Nice facility, but it could be cooler inside. Although it was a hot day and a little muggy out.

Very convenient and easy to use. Ashanti did a good job of ensuring that I knew to have to storage unit completely clear and the lock removed by 6/8/25. In doing so, I would not be charged for the following month and would have successfully completed my contract with SpareBox.

Love the indoor access out of the weather. The only thing is the padlocks that you're supposed to be able to purchase from their vending machine would not work
