I usually go to the one on Georgia as the one @ 58th and Coulter is so far from my home on the north side of town. They did a good job, but didn’t like that they questioned my sticker and needed to see my credit card. Now I have to really keep an eye out for any charges I didn’t make as my card was out of my sight for at least 2 minutes.

Ok I’ve been an unlimited subscriber for years, even before it was bought out by take 5. The service has gone to crap over the last few years. The wash is mediocre at best as 90% of the time no one is there to dry your windows and such. Towels and supplies are almost always out. Additionally, they never open on time. You’re lucky to get in and get your car washed within an hour of when they are supposed to open. I’m going to cancel my monthly subscription if they don’t start getting their crap together. Notice the time on the clock. They’re supposed to open at 9.

Wheels still dirty. Had the $22.00 wash. Does not rinse well. Staff very awesome

Horrible place. I told the lady I wanted the basic car wash. It use to be $10. They charged me 16$. Vacuums are broke and don’t have any suction. It was my go to. Never again.

After paying $27 for the “best wash,” I shouldn’t have to spend another $20 to get my car properly washed and dried. Your staff should focus on ensuring customers get their money’s worth rather than aggressively pushing subscriptions or being distracted by their phones while customers wait. I won’t be returning.

You don't scrub the back of the vehicle and my red pickup still has dirt on the tailgate. But otherwise I was happy with my two vehicles wah jobs.

The staff is amazing and very kind. The equipment is terrible. We had to go through twice and then once at the other location, it still wasn’t clean.

This was my very first time going to this car wash and it was one of the worst experiences I've had so far after going to and using other car washes in the area. I actually became a member right off the bat and paid for the most expensive package and after I saw how my car came out of the wash it was horrible to say the least and infuriating. I was expecting the best service not just from the wash but from the kids who work there but that was not the case.
The kid who's supposed to pre-wash your car by removing dirt from windows/tires/and all around especially front of car that it's the worst area, didn't do any of the required work. He barely picked up the brush to do a bit in the front of the car and that was it
My car came out as dirty as it went in especially the tires, they were as dirty as they went in.
I had to wait til the next day to take my car back and took it to another location because someone told me that this other location was better.
It was the same or worst. Again, this other kid guiding the car and in charge of the pre-wash didn't do jack....he was worst than the other kid from the other location....this one didn't even bother picking up the brush at all to at least try to get your tires or other parts of your car. I finally had to complain to one of the kids who were drying the cars and told him about my experience. He said I was lucky I was a member otherwise he would not be able to allow me to run my car again through the wash even though he saw the horrible job of the wash. He also told me that this time around he would be doing my tires because this other kid was new. To me that is no excuse because this new kid had no intention of picking up the brush to try to learn from the more experienced kid. He was just staring at the more experienced kid and kept guiding the cars into the wash.
I will be cancelling my membership ASAP so I don't have to go through this horrible service and wash.

The car wash didn’t do a great job car still dirty, then went to vacuum the car and it wouldn’t work, the worker asked me did you move to another one, yes I did and that one doesn’t work either. He came and cleaned it out still didn’t work properly! For 27.00 everything should be working properly

They finally got all the pieces work but still no one drying the cars so I left with water spots all over my truck and the front end and tailgate was still dirty

Car wash is great but most of the vacuums were not working. I do love that they have towels, windex and armor all for everyone to use.

Rinsing is not that strong and doesn’t clean the soap very well. The tire washer/polisher doesn’t function well and needs to be fixed, especially the right side. Other than that, I really like the car wash. It is neat and well organized. Staff are awesome.
