I have been using Amigos for at least 9 years.
The staff was always friendly and knowledgeable apart from hardworking and really good about filling prescriptions.
The last year or two I have thought about switching to a different one, the customer service is no longer there. She tells you your prescription hasn’t come in, all along they had it. (Had to called the DR office to confirm they sent it) they faxed it over. Tell her that, her response, “That one I told you it wasn’t yours? Yeah, it was yours. I didn’t read the name correctly.
This isn’t the first time the counter woman has had a “bad day”, but it is getting really old.

Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to in amarillo. The staff is so nice and very knowledgeable. They also fill prescriptions faster than most pharmacies. There isn’t a drive through, but this pharmacy is so great that I don’t mind walking inside.

They are amazing!! Such a clean facility with great options. Staff was extremely helpful and even pushed your cart out and helped you load groceries. I highly recommend soley just for the great service you receive!!

Overpriced vs any other Mexican grocery I have been to. Surprisingly limited selection of authentic Mexican options. Sales prices are not available to first time customers. I was advised I could not sign up for rewards card while in line.. Sale prices only available on next visit. I will not be back.
