When I came to AnyLabTest Now! Veronica greeted me so happily with a very nice smile, she then passed me over to John who was very kind a shared a story with me of him getting lost in Houston lol! The process was seemless and all around a fun experience! Great customer service!!

The wait was short. The man who took my blood was efficient and I didn't even feel the needle. I'm always nervous getting blood drawn, but it didn't bother me one bit when he did it. The only drawback is that he only put on one latex glove. I would have preferred that he put gloves on both hands. Other than that, I was impressed with his level of skill.

I had a full female panel drawn at this lab. Based on the hormone results my medical practitioner recommended I take prescription hormones. My A1C showed a level of 6 which is Pre diabetes. My practitioner asked me if I had gained weight or was having any symptoms of my hormone levels. I assured her I hadn't gained any weight and had high energy and was cycling normally. My potassium level was high and when I had that retested it was normal. This prompted me to have the panels done again and sure enough my hormone levels were consistent with a normal Pre menopausal woman. My A1C was 5.3 which is healthy blood sugar. I contacted Susan Bailey who owns the lab. She was impatient and rude and treated me like I was an idiot. She refunded the potassium Draw but refused to refund my original charge for the female panel or pay for my medical consult which was conducted with incorrect blood test results. She cites as a reason that my second draw was done at a lab in Mexico, a very xenophobic reason in my book. If I could give less than one star to describe my experience, I would.
