I would definitely recommend Becky if you come and rent out a place here. She is very nice, attentive & good humor! She also keeps you up to date with your application and gives you all the details once approved”

“Currently living here and calling this my home.I have resided here for about 12 yrs.The apartments are comfortable and well maintained and the grounds kept up as well.Safety is important for my family and i feel secure.We live in a nice neighborhood.I couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Restaurants, groceries, entertainment are all very close.The owner and complex manager Sherri Lapp is ALWAYS helpful and informative.She makes it a priority to take care of maintenance requests as quickly as she can.Rental prices are fair, very affordable considering all bills are paid.I love the location of this complex and the price for the location is outstanding. “I've been here over a year now the previous management company and maintenance where some horrible people I will say that now with a new management team and maintenance team total 180 if I have a issue it's fixed quickly I have no issues at all front office help is amazing willing to go out of thier way to help me with ANYTHING they are a great group of people alot of remodeling being done and done right I was in a older unit with carpet when I first moved here lots of problems with things not getting fixed by the previous maintenance and management when the new teams got here I went to the office and talked to them we came to an agreement and I got a fully remodeled unit no carpet at all in the new unit nicely painted walls all the security lights around the buildings are working no more walking in the dark since being in the new unit I've had no issues what so ever none at all all the appliances are brand new I love it plan on being here for the long haul thank you guys for everything.”
