All of the staff are helpful and friendly, although someone who stands out is your lovely representative Tasha. She is exceptional! Tasha always makes me feel so welcome and she makes sure to address any of your concerns right away. She treats everyone with kindness and respect. Btw, Tasha bakes the delicious chocolate chip cookies in the lobby on a regular basis, yumm!Tasha is so deserving of a raise and promotion and I really hope corporate values and rewards their outstanding employees of caseusa.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about staying at Town Square. The people who worked in the front office were super helpful and always pleasant. The apartments are clean and modern. Has an urban edgy feel to them. If I still lived in Amarillo I would still live there, especially with all the new businesses going in. Also, the lighted Christmas trees in December give it a movie feel. Absolutely loved it!”
“Currently living here and calling this my home.I have resided here for about 12 yrs.The apartments are comfortable and well maintained and the grounds kept up as well.Safety is important for my family and i feel secure.We live in a nice neighborhood.I couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Restaurants, groceries, entertainment are all very close.The owner and complex manager Sherri Lapp is ALWAYS helpful and informative.She makes it a priority to take care of maintenance requests as quickly as she can.Rental prices are fair, very affordable considering all bills are paid.I love the location of this complex and the price for the location is outstanding. I recommend them 100%. Thank you for your services.”

“Great starter place in a quiet neighborhood if it is your first time moving out. Buildings are a little older but decently maintained by a competent maintenance crew and any issues are resolved within a reasonable amount of time. Rent is competitive given the area and other comparable apartments, but great service is what makes this place a value. Wendy is more than fair when it comes to resolving any issues and worked with me on my situation to get my foot in the ground, would definitely have stayed longer than 2 years had I chosen to continue paying rent instead of a mortgage, but would definitely consider moving back here as an interim if I choose to rent my home out and find a new home!tl;dr: as long as you communicate with Wendy she is more than willing to accommodate your situation to the best of her ability.”

Lots of renovations happening and we love to see it. Armando is the guy when it comes to any maintenance issues. Very thorough and reliable. Rosie oversees all operations and ensures all goes smoothly.”
