Dear google Bob Hanna aka Bobbi Hannah helped me today. But she sold me a phone I can’t even take home and made me pay for it. It’s not even a date but sure felt like it. She did laugh at my bad jokes. Otherwise everything was great and I’m very happy with the services and AT&T.

Traded in both of our phones for an upgrade promotion. When my wife took her phone in, the employees and manager took her phone and told her the credit would be taken care of. We never saw the credit and nobody knows where her phone went. Conveniently, the cameras in the store don't see the front counter. Make sure you get receipts and documentation for everything.
Edited as a response to AT&T: we've been calling and physically going in to the store asking for the manager. We've been told we'll get a call back at least a dozen times. Company policy appears to be "deny, deflect and redirect". We need reimbursed $800 for the phone and $7 for the late fee we received while on auto pay.

Traded in my phone for a new one and was told that I could bring my old phone back whenever, there wasn't a time limit. When I did I was told that I only had 30 days. They called a manager, she came out and said she could make an exception and took my phone. We realized we weren't getting the credit on our bill for my old phone and asked the store about it. I've been promised time after time to get a call back from Marlena, the manager at the time and have never received one. The answer was always they were going to have to get with their superior amd get back with me but all they were doing was trying to get me off of the phone or out of the store. We fought for about a year on this and conveniently they can't pull the security footage of the day I went in. Watch your back if you chose to do business at this store and get documents for everything! Lesson learned.

Guerrero was super helpful! He was able to help me switch to my own plan and purchase a new phone. The process was easy and he explained everything in full so I could understand.

The customer service given by Jonathan was second to none. Tho my issue wasn't completely resolved, I am happy. I'm impressed, considering the times we're living in where grace, kindness & manners are left behind.

My experience was outsanding. My representative, Carlos, was very patient and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was comfortable with my new phone. He did not try to pressure me into something I didn't want, but considered what I actually needed.

The rep who worked with me was very helpful on both occasions that I visited the store. I actually went back for help with setting up my device. I went in there to just buy a new device because I was about to travel out of the country and did not think I had time to wait on a replacement. She was confident that I would get my device in time and she was right. She gave me really good advice and then did a great job the next day of setting up my device. I've been able to travel without any difficulty.
