Went in for an upgrade for my dad and the employee there named Irving helped us out. We had some issues with the AT&T customer service telling us one thing and Irving telling us another. I can tell he got irritated with my dad and his voice of tone was very unprofessional towards my dad. We were just trying to get a new phone for him since his was completely broken. We did not have a good experience. We switched carriers.. AT&T GET IT TOGETHER. CUSTOMER SERVICE & THE STORE SHOULD BE ON THE SAME PAGE NOT CONFUSING AND MISLEADING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I walked into the store & was helped immediately by very knowledgeable staff Martin. When I had questions, they were answered thoroughly & I did not have to wait for answers. Martin is very friendly & I loved my experience & will return!

Went in yesterday to add my wife to my plan, and was helped by Martin. He was fantastic, and super patient with us while we collected our info. Highly recommend this store, some of the best service I’ve ever received.

Been here over an hour after 20 or so minutes and this store has been closed. we came back by and there was a note on the window. We also went to the shoe store and they said that who ever works there always has it closed and never is there. Would not recommend ever.

Can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me but I believe he was a manager in training. Very friendly and personable. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting a phone and service. I’m a hard sell so I didn’t buy anything I didn’t come in to buy, but he did try! The woman was also very helpful, nice and knowledge. 10/10 experience. Best experience in a phone store I’ve had. Great job.
