I purchased a 2012 GMC 4x4 the sale was fast courteous and very professional. The next day the battery was dead even though I purchased it as is no warranty they went above and beyond and bought a new battery truly they are on the cutting edge of the sword of freedom

I cannot say enough positive about Austins Autos! Meeting a business that really takes their customers serious is refreshing in a world that customer service doesn't mean much anymore. Let me explain how Austins Autos went out of their way. I bought lexus and the next day I noticed the radio quit working. I went back and they said they thought it was working but not to worry they would take care of it. I couldn't believe it. I was expecting them to say "well it was sold as is" and we can't help you. Instead they bought another unit which I'm guessing was $500 at least. They told me where to go get it and put in when it was delivered. They even texted Ted me and gave me a status of its delivery along the way. These people are great. No doubt they have my recommendation!

Had a great experience with them, all of the salesmen were really friendly including Brent. Brent explained everything to me without any confusion, he made sure I knew everything before I left with my truck so I wouldn’t have any surprises. Thank you Brent and Austin Autos !!
