The whole process of trading my car in and purchasing a new vehicle was super easy. I reached out to the dealership online regarding a vehicle I was interested and received a call from Brandon a short time later. We scheduled a test drive for the following afternoon and I left with the vehicle I wanted that day.
This car buying experience was so much different than any I've had in the past with other local dealerships. Brandon wasn't pushy. He listened to me as far as what I wanted, payment range, etc. I feel like I got a fair price on my trade in. I plan to keep this vehicle for a long time but I'll definitely be a repeat customer when I'm ready for my next vehicle.

The service of getting the car went fine. However I got the car back in April and still haven’t received my tags or licenses plates. I’ve called them over the course of the last week, due to getting pulled over without them and the First Lady couldn’t help me I called the next day she said they were mailed to my old address in July. Had my sister check they weren’t there. The post office can’t track them without a tracking number and the manager couldn’t give me on transferred me to someone who couldn’t help. Got transferred again and they never answered. This is a very stressful situation that they don’t care to fix.

I'm on a Rt 66 trip in my 2021 Corvette Stingray. About 40 miles from Amarillo the A/C started to slowly die off.
Got into Amarillo and call the next morning to Autonation Chevrolet. Asked if I could bring it in with no appointment. The service writer said yes.
I arrived around 8am and explained the situation. They got their Corvette tech on it right away. About an hour later the tech came out and we discussed the problem for about 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable guy.
I was on my way and no issues since.
