Literally the worst ever. From sales to service. But especially service. Kimberly especially. Service neglects to tell you that you are expected to be able to drop your car off for a week to two weeks for any service. That the appt you make is to just drop it off. They don’t tell you it’s to leave it there. So I have to drop my car off every two mths for like two weeks for an oil change? That’s wild. Then you ask questions and just get looked at crazy and responded with a rude answer. They called me the other day to confirm my appt and then when I got there they couldn’t find the appt. So how did you call me to confirm? Then they sent the driver home for the day bc they didn’t have any more rides scheduled even though I put it with the appt. So then I didn’t have a way home. They won’t give rentals for the week to two weeks they keep your car. Does everyone just have two cars to drive and are okay to leave their car there all the time? I feel like they just want you to let the warranty run out before they fix anything because these are things beside the oil change that have been wrong since I bought the car. So stay
away from here. Please!

Brought my car in for a rear hatch issue that I had just purchased 3 months prior. Originally was told a sensor was out. Quoted roughly $350 and about 4 days for the part to arrive. After over 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages, I was finally able to bring my car in. That day they called and said it was misdiagnosed. Another $350 and the part is already ordered. Picked it up the next day and was almost $800. All this and I bought an extended warranty that didn't cover anything. Probably won't be going back.

My husband flew from Cincinnati to Texas to buy a truck from them. He even purchased the extended warranty. He drove it all the way home and noticed the passenger floorboard carpet was wet. When i got in the truck the next day we went through the car wash and noticed the windshield was leaking. When he contacted them they told him that it will not be covered because “the damage was caused by water freezing or flood. As noted in your contract, damaged caused by or involving water, freezing or flood is not covered.” When Carfax was pulled up, it was clean. The Water leak and the damage it hit caused cost us $7400 to fix. The dealership said that that was too much money and that he had to turn it into his insurance, which in turn would cause his insurance to go up monthly and he hasn’t even made the first payment on it yet. BUYER BEWARE!

Autonation Cadillac is the place to go in Amarillo and the greater panhandle area. Ms. Ann was super great to work with at the service department. She and her crew were super proactive with making sure to get my truck in as soon as possible, finding the root cause, ordering the part, and fixing it in a timely matter. Do not waste your time at any other GM dealer in the area -- Come here.
