The moonroof on my Expedition shattered, and I took it to Gerber on a Wednesday. I spoke with Angelicia, who was incredibly helpful—she said she’d order the replacement glass right away and hoped it would arrive by Tuesday. To my surprise, I got a call that Friday saying the repair was already complete and the vehicle was ready for pickup!
We had a family trip to the coast planned the following week, so having it fixed quickly was really important. Gerber allowed for immediate drop-off and completed the repair in just two days! On top of that, they washed and completely detailed my car—it looked better than when I dropped it off!
I highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone looking for fast, professional, and hassle-free service.

Anyone in the Amarillo area never use Gerber collision off I-40 ..terrible experience i have been lied too multiple times and employees trying to hide their mistakes. When I am requested to bring my car in.. I am met by DALTON OWENS… supposedly the manager. This guy was the rudest person I have ever met. I was told to my face that “I don’t care how you feel” “I don’t care what you think” “ your not going to manipulate me” “I don’t care at all about your feelings or experience “ while I was trying to explain to him the issues and experience I was having with gerber. He would not let me speak at all and I told him that He was being unprofessional but i was met with “I don’t care” . Please avoid this person. (Update) Due to the rude manager I had to transfer my car to another gerber location to be handled. I also received a call from Angelica pleading for me to remove my reviews… and apologized for the way her manager treated me and admitted he had no reason to treat me like that or talk to me that way and that I did absolutely nothing to deserve the way I was treated and that she did not know why he went off on me. During this call I quickly realized by the tone of the conversation that I was being reached out to only because of my review I left originally… I was met with Angelica pleading for me to remove the reviews due to their perfect record she said and that if I don’t remove it I’m going to ruin it for them and get them in trouble…(I was told this over and over) she also told me I need to have compassion and understand why he treated me that way “due to him having a bad day” I let her know there was no reason to treat a customer that way… when the customer was being nothing but nice and I was requested to bring the car there by her..just to be yelled out by a new rude manager that is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. It was very inappropriate for your employees to reach out to me to request for me to remove my reviews for their own personal benefit and throwing away how the customers feels. I am now still waiting on my repairs to be completed by the new body shop handling it and this all started in January and we are now almost in may… I cannot stress that this was the most rudest and inappropriate service I have ever received in my life by a company. Highly do not recommend using the gerber location off I-40. I was also told by a rep on my review that dalton was trying to reach out to me..let me tell yall idk why you would have someone reach out to a customer that they told they didn’t give any cares about and did not care about them or their experience one bit and yelled at me and you expect the customer to want to talk to them again after I explained over and over I do not want to speak with him. I also was advised by corporate to block his number and the other employees from that location but yet had a response to my review that he wanted to talk to me..so beyond disappointed in this company and their customer service. Please anyone reading this avoid brining your car here… I still do not even have my car fixed and due to their failed repairs I had water leak into my trunk of my car and I found out they put on a generic bumper on my car instead of the real Lexus bumper..that’s why it did not fit yet they left it that way causing more issues down the line that I am still dealing with today. PLEASE do not give them your business. I wish I could give less than. 1 star honestly. Angelica may be blue to do better and improve but as for dalton he needs to be removed from that company before he causes them to get a law suit.

I had a great experience, repairs were done quick and looks amazing. I had excellent customer service from the estimator Angelica up front she really helped me out and took time out of her weekend to make sure I got my vehicle.

Staff was incredibly helpful and dealt with the insurance company for me after they had given me the run around for nearly a year! I was prepared to pay out of pocket for damages to my vehicle, but Gerber got in touch with insurance and handled the claim for me.

My insurance referred me to this company. What bad service, they hit my door on the left side in an accident and it was fatal, it was crooked. They painted the top part of me and the paint is peeling off
