Poor communication poor customer service told the women on the phone that I needed my car serviced and she automatically assumed oil changed and told me I said it was an oil changed and I told her I said serviced (hope they do record those phone calls). 180$ for them to even run a test on my truck when I got it for free at another shop. Love the cars but hate any of there service centers.

Everyone there is very friendly and ready to take care of you as soon as you pull in the garage. They kept me updated and I really appreciate them using the paper floor mats and seats covers. They send you pics of the air filters and cabin filters to let you kno they need to be replaced.

I was looking for a particular used truck, and they had THE ONE I wanted. My salesperson Bob was very friendly and helpful. Actually everyone there was very friendly and constantly asking if I needed anything. I I believe I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had with a large dealership. The service department has been fantastic also. Rocio has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service for me. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Everyone at Auto Nation is super professional, I was kept in the loop about my car situation via text messages. There’s a feeling of confidence and trustworthiness of a work well done that is difficult to put into words but that’s what you get here. Absolutely recommend 100%.

The service I received was top notch! I took my suburban in for a recall and the technician noticed how badly my wipers were streaking. She let me know they were on sale buy one get one free and then they installed them at no cost! They also updated my software while it was in their shop. Great friendly service. Definitely will be going here for my future needs. I drive over 2 hours to get there and it's worth every mile!
