I had my 2020 2500 HD pickup in for service at Auto nation east AmAriola location. I specifically told them that the 4x4 low would not engage water pump was out parking break needed serviced and a new belt. So if your reading this and have common since you know that when a belt breaks it won't run the alternator that keeps the battery charged I was told that I needed a new battery that cost me $338.00 due to the current one being dead. i asked them if they would charge it and they told me no. i explained that the belt was broke and the pickup would still run it just wouldn't charge the battery. I also told them about the other problems I was having. I got a call from Chance in the service department saying my truck was done. I went a week later and piced my truck up. I ask if everything was fixed and they assured me it was. I asked what they found wrong with the parking break and 4x4 low. This is comical they said it was due to a low voltage lmfao I get in my truck and have all the same problems with a. new $338 dollar battery. I DONT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. if you have problems with your vehicle go some where else cause they won't fix the problem just clear codes and go on. Check engine light is on also right out of the shop

I went once and no one came out to help me or anything. So I went to a different car lot and got a car. Then I go in a few days ago and was really Interested in doing a trade in and gave my information and they sent to their bank. Never heard anything back and asked for a dealer sheet to take to my bank. Come to find out the sold the car I wanted and no one ever called me and talking to me about anything. I cled this morning and that's the answer I got. I told the lady on the phone that I was done messing with them. That I wouldn't send any of my friends/ coworkers or anything of my family. But, some some of my family has been there and got helped and talked to. But not me.

Our car broke down a few miles away and was towed here to be looked at, they also provided a shuttle to pick up 2 people and 2 dogs who couldn't ride in the tow truck. The people here were all very nice and professional, and very very helpful. They even made some calls for us to give us a whole answer and verify a recall with a different dealership. they even tried to help us get a rental car.

Worst service ive ever had. Bought a 2021 colorado with 27000 miles on it. Had it for a month and then stopped working, they ended up keeping it for 9 months. They offered no help, no rental nothing and then tried to charge me for the repairs when it had a bumper to bumper warranty on it. I highly recommend you take your business else where unless you want to get taken advantage of.

I went in about an recall on my 2015 GMC Terrain. It had to do with my lights. The very first meeting was with a gentleman. He was professional and took my info and set up an appointment. Soon after Delena called left a message that stated the parts were not available and have to be ordered. Delena went on to say she was just saying me a trip, and that she would call as soon as the parts came in, and to call if I had a question. After a week or so made a couple of calls left messages for Delena, and she never answered. Unfortunately for me before that was resolved my check engine sign appeared. I immediately went in for help. And from the moment I walked in Delena was so totally rude, and she never made eye contact was huffing and puffing just mad!!!!!!! She said she was the only one there and she couldn’t help me. This masked tall white guy walked in , stared at me never said a word. The entire time Delena seemed to be irritated with me. She said that was not a big problem , and that I would have to wait from Friday until Tuesday to get help. I said I was concerned being a single woman , and no knowledge of what could happen. Delena then said that was the earliest I could come in . The appointment was for 7:00 am. I called and left a message that I was going to be an hour late that I had a flat , could I come as soon as I left Firestone. Never heard back .I called while at Firestone and a white guy answered, I asked if I could speak to Delena to which he said I’m Delena. I explained my situation and asked if I could come by , to which he said no I had lost my appointment time and there were no more openings. I was told I could make another appointment for the next day. I made the appointment, but at that point, I was not ever gonna go back to Auto nation. I never felt so humiliated in my life. Just downright evil, spiteful, rude ,and unprofessional. I was in tears over the phone. it was calculated it’s so unfair!!!! Someone told me later that I could go to AutoZone and that they would use the computer to let me know what was going on and advise me what I should do. I did that in 10 minutes. I knew what was going on. I made an appointment with Brown Pontiac and took it in, and it was fixed. Thank God it was covered, and I did not have to pay, and I thank God that nothing happened .In the meantime while Autonation was carrying on their foolishness. Sharing this horrible experience with my nephew, he informed me that they had charged him $300 to put a battery on his car. It still makes me emotional and disgusted about it. I don’t expect anything, but I just had to get it off my heart. There really should be a law against businesses that have employees that are just intentional and rude and enjoy causing frustration to people. I pray that, maybe this will keep someone else, especially with a single woman I’m having to go through this experience. I could have lived the rest of my life ,,and not gone through what I went through. Bottom line they made me feel like a fool. ?

Took my Solstice in because it was downshifting very hard. They called me and said it needed a new water thermostat and temperature sensor. It was going to cost a little over a Thousand dollars. I voiced my concern that the water thermostat had nothing to do with the transmission. They told me that the engine was over heating and that was causing the problem. I told them to do it but if it did not repair the problem I wanted my money back. They did the repairs and told me it was ready. I picked it up and before I even go out of town with it that day it was downshifting hard again. I took it back and told them I was very unhappy and would like my money back. They called me a couple of days later to tell me that the transmission communication module was bad and the part was discontinued. I asked for my money back which I did not receive and they didn't even want to try and help me get my car repaired. I did some research online about the hard down shifting. There were several Solstice owners that stated they had the same problem and it was the intake and exhaust cam phasers. I ordered them online for under 50 dollars and installed them myself. I have driven the car for a couple of weeks and have not had one problem with the transmission shifting hard. They took my money, lied to me twice about what my problem was and then I repaired it myself. They are glorified parts changers and its costing customers a lot of money. I would not recommend them to repair your bicycle. They are not honest people.

I bought a used Jeep here. They replaced several parts before I got it. Mechanic left a bolt in the intake manifold that caused $4500 in repairs. Service manager Gordy never responded back to me. Left a complaint with the BBB. Horrible service work. The technician even stripped out several bolts in the water pump when he replaced it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

in May of 2022 we test drove a used Chevy truck. On the test drive it was shaking so bad I didn't know if we would make it back to the dealership. We were told it was just the tires, they were bigger and wider than factory and had spacers so the tires went out past the side of the truck and that just makes a rough ride. After several back and forths they agreed to give us an 800 dollar credit to buy new tires. We were told about thier amazing 90 day warranty and we also bought extended warranty (I'm sure a big mistake)! Before we made the first payment the radiator was leaking and the radio would beep and switch screens without being touched and the wireless phone charger never worked. We finally got an appointment and by then the transmission was slipping and jerking and not shifting until over 5000 RPM's!!! They are well into week 3 of having the truck in the shop and not one single thing has been fixed. They claimed for a week they were waiting on a radiator...I called the parts department and found out it was there and had been there(she didn't say how long). I call the service manager Gordy who I was supposed to be calling me after the parts lady straightened out the deal with the radiator. He told me it wasn't in yet...WRONG GORDY, it's there I talked to the parts department earlier! I have called and left messages several daily for the last week and a half...I have yet to have 1 person return my call. Autonation has got to be the crappiest dealership I have ever dealt with. The quality of their used vehicles is poor to say the least but their customer service ENDS when those papers are signed!! I'll update ya'll if I ever see my truck again. I wish there was a negative star for the ratings, my experience has been way worse than not good!!!!!

Purchased Silverado vehicle from lot in 2020. The sales man first time meeting was nice, every time after that the guy was in a hurry and angry. I ended up agreeing to a price which was texted to my phone. I signed up to purchase the vehicle through my work which had programs etc for discounts. That is what prompted me to their dealership in the first place. I was going to pay all at once with a check the salesman refuted "I wont make any money" he talked me into getting a loan with them which I did I put half the cost down. On the day of signing he jacked the price up more than 500.00 than the text quote. I brought this to his attention and he got mad and and said its only 500.00. I was like whatever I purchased the vehicle but next the lady in the finance part got mad because I wouldn't take another upsale, even more awkwardness. I finally got the vehicle and left. Got a text from salesman who had me come back a couple days later to sign some paperwork about my discount. This was like the manager. He just pointed at what he wanted me to sign but would not let me see what I was signing. I did see though the manager cheated Chevy by saying they sold the vehicle at a lower price so they manipulated the paperwork for more commissions for Amarillo Autonation. Wow is all I can say the worst experience ever. Every person I dealt with was angry, greedy, and crooked. It's a bummer we cant just purchase from the actual Chevy manufacturer instead of dealing with this awkward and horrible experience. Autonation is slimy.

I called the dealership at 3:30pm to inquire about a 2016 Chevy Camaro they had on the lot, I informed the salesman I live in OKC and it would be a 3hr 30min drive for me to get there and I wanted to confirm they had the car as I would be purchasing it today. I am pre approved through my bank and would be handing them a check to purchase the car. The sales man stated he needed to speak to his manager to confirm they would be open late enough as they close at 7pm, even though the website states they close at 8pm. 30 mins later and no answer and just so happens they can not find the original sales man I was speaking to. The new sales man again states they will be closing at 7pm and he will need to speak to the manager, I then waited on hold for him to come back and say we will not stay late and I would have to get there earlier. Well I live in OKC I can not just magically teleport to get there sooner. He then asked when my next day off was as "I get off to late to make it there before they close." I asked them to hold the car for me as I am pre approved and will be purchasing this car. I was informed they can not hold the car and i would have to wait and see if the car sells. Horrible customer service they would literally have to take my money and hand me the keys and they could not stay a few mins late to work with me. Even the worst of the worst dealerships will stay late to take your money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
