They did great getting my X7 setup with a new set of tires on short notice and got it done fairly quickly. My only issue was there was no shuttle service to take me home while I waited. My wife had to wake out 1 year old from her nap to come pick me up when a young lady had just given another customer a ride an hour earlier. Somehow that one trip famished her because she was on lunch when I needed a ride. Customer service is everything to me. That’s why I usually drive to Lubbock to Cavender BMW. They always give me a car to drive even for oil changes.

Very personable, friendly, and helpful. She explained exactly was they were going to do, and was done pretty fast. Also the cat shuttle was offered, which I did need, and the gentleman was very polite and friendly.

Just had my car serviced and Kyndra was amazing as always. She is one of the main reasons that I won’t look at another brand of vehicle. No one else in Amarillo has a service department as good as BMW. Plus Kyndra knows her customers personally and that makes a huge difference.

Kyndra made sure we were taken care of with a loaner and the service personnel did everything necessary to solve the problem with our BMW. This involved working with BMWUSA to zero in on the hardware and software glitch. We can always count on Kyndra and the service team to get it right each time.
