Shout out to Kendra and her team for helping us on our road trip through Amarillo - when we were worried our vacation would be ruined she talked us through the steps necessary to fix the car locking mechanism and allow us to go on our way!

I am stranded in Amarillo TX because I hit some debris in the road and caused some damage. I called the service department here and was assured if the order was placed before 11 am and payed for I would have the parts the next day. Order was placed and paid for before 11 am and then the parts department simply did not place the order until after noon. Now I am stuck in Amarillo for another day, costs me another day in a hotel. Highly unprofessional and just terrible service. I explained the situation I was in so did the guys at the repair shop I'm working with. We were simply lied to. Do not do business with theses folks if you can possibly avoid it.I had to come back and update this review. After dropping the ball and not ordering the parts they did it a second time. Promised that the parts would be here, assured that they would arrive and they did not. I cannot describe this as anything other than dishonest and the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with a BMW dealership. This has honestly completely turned me off the brand. I will never buy another BMW and I cannot wait to trade mine in.I appreciate the response from the owner. While I know you do not control the freight shipment I feel this certainly could have been handled better. I did file an insurance claim that was approved and I just need the parts to complete the repair. I did call in to order the parts myself however I was told to expedite the process I should let the shop place the order. I was assured that there was no need to "expedite" the order. It just needed to be placed by 11am. If at any point I would have been told additional steps needed to be taken to ensure ontime delivery I absolutely would have. I am sure expedited shipping would be less than the 2 additional nights in a hotel I was forced to book. Again thank you for the response but it really seems like the blame game is being played and no one involved is willing to take ownership of the mistake. Also, I called and asked to please speak with the general manager about this situation. I explained what was going on to the person who took my call. I was then just transfered to the parts department. It seems like the GM blew me off not wanting to deal with the issue. I could be wrong but that is how I the customer was made to feel. I wish you and your shop well i truly hope this feedback is taken serious, God Bless, Sir.

Just got off the phone with Internet sales guy. Was asking him about the next allocation for the 2023 Alpina XB7. He was steering me away from it and constantly bashing the Alpina b7 saying a customer that was a doctor there will never buy another Alpina. What a fantastic professional super helpful internet sales guy! ??The owner of this dealership should be very proud ?

I highly recommend this branch for service. We were on road trip to Dallas and got breakpads replace sign. Although it was long weekend, service department lady helped us out of all the odd conditions there. Spoke with professionals while we waited and they greeted us very happily. We were back on road within no time and with lot of peace.

After breaking down on I-40 in New Mexico, my vehicle was towed to Autoplex BMW in Amarillo. Kyndra in the service department was outstanding to work with during the process, and she was able to get me back down the road in a timely fashion. Thank you!

Tate was awesome and we very much appreciated his help! However his manager on the other hand is the reason we won’t be returning and why we will be purchasing elsewhere. He degraded us for being young and trying to purchase a car even though I was 1000% more than financially able to purchase that car in CASH today. The manager asked if I even had a job or credit, he solely was judging us based on our age. He asked if my parents would be co-signing and wasn’t taking us serious, as if someone in their twenties couldn’t afford a vehicle on their own. Total disrespect!!

I love Autoplex BMW in Amarillo! Left my car for three hours yesterday, and when I came to pick it up they had washed it inside and out, even though I was only having brakes done. What service!

The service department was not even remotely helpful, 2.5 hours before closing no technician there. Service lady said they wouldn’t be able to look at the X5 and wouldn’t have parts anyway. My family and I are 2000 miles from home and 400 miles from our destination. I asked if I could leave it for the week if they could fix it if they had a loaner or if there was a rental car company nearby she said no and I could call Uhaul and rent a truck. This is the worst I’ve ever been treated at any BMW dealership ever! I limped the car to Grapevine TX and Seawell BMW took great care of us. If you need anything BMW in Texas spend the time and drive to Grapevine!!

I was driving from phoenix to Chicago and my grandmother’s funeral was the following day when my tire blew out. The service department was amazing and got me back on the road so I could make the funeral. ❤️

Great place, I needed an oil change, in and out in 45 minutes. I'm used to it being a whole song and dance in NYC where you need to make an appointment, waste a lot of time, drop your car off, etc, not here! 10/10

Andrea is amazing. I live in Santa Fe New Mexico. She sent me links to vehicles she had that fit what I needed for my business. Financing was secured over the phone and within 8 hours this lovely Mitsubishi was DELIVERED to Santa Fe New Mexico. This is perfect for my dog training business. Truly the most hassle free car buying experience EVER!! Andrea really hit this out of the park. She listened to my needs & filled them all!!. Andrea helped me find a vehicle with all the features I needed. The Mitsubishi Outlander has 4WD that I need to get to clients homes. It has Android Auto & a large display for making calls and navigating easily while on the fly. The sale was smooth even though I am almost 300 miles away.
