I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this place. I also had a horrible experience with the owner Teresa. She also told me she had 30 years experience. She lifted my color 2 levels leaving my roots too light and very brassy. I asked for curtain bangs and she chopped my bangs bluntly without tapering and blending. I paid 160$ and left with a terrible cut and horrible brassy hair.

The owner of the salon was the one that cut my hair. She said that she had been in business for 15 years but has 35 years experience. I don’t know if she was drunk, high, or what. But 35 years of experience should have known how to cut curly hair!! She literally asked me the same questions three times. And was trying to sell me on all their products. I have been using Aveda salons for the past five years and have always had great experience. We just moved here from Fort Worth, so I was so excited when I heard there was an Aveda salon here. The standards were not a typical Aveda salon. I showed her a picture of my last haircut and said that’s how I wanted it, but she cut way too much and I walked out looking like a boy. I literally cried leaving the salon. I will never go back. If you have curly hair, find another salon. A barber shop could do better!Services: Hairstyling

The stylist didn't really listen to what I asked for, which was a tinted gloss. I have had that done at another Aveda salon and loved it, and was told they offered that; however that was not what I received and I didn't want to pay more money after I realized. The appointment was also started 20 min late, which could have been previous customers making her behind, but it felt like my appt was rushed, my earring was accidentally pulled out by the stylist brushing quickly. when I booked it was for a tinted gloss and cut. The cut was barely a trim and yet was $50. The stylist was kind, but I don't believe I will return for services at this location.

It was GREAT!!! Teresa is a EXCELLENT hair stylist~Her cuts and colors are BEAUTIFUL!!! Very clean and sanitary. I can't say enough good things about her or her shop...You need to experience it for yourself.

My friend went there to have her & her daughters hair cut & colored. Theresa was shown how it was supposed to look, but instead of light brown with blonde streaks. It was chestnut brown with golden streaks. My friend was very upset when she showed me her hair. And after a couple days she really hated it. She asked for her money back but was told that they don't give refunds. What happened to the customer is always right. She now has to repay someone to do her hair right. Theresa was very rude to her. This is so wrong especially for a high end salon.

i had a relaxer for the 1st time and my hair was straight after all BUT I found dried cream or glue that when I tried to get it out, strands of hair came out along with it. there are small scabs all around my hairline and it's still bleeding..I may have been allergic or had an irritation but i am not sure how this happened

Great experience! Both ladies knew what they were talking about. I have long thin hair and I was amazed by her knowledge and the way my hair looked once it was done. Very knowledgeable of Aveda products. Impressed!!!!!

I love Aveda & I absolutely love their products. The owner is very friendly & she's everything you ask for in a hair stylist. The salon smells good with the Aveda aroma & I would recommend this salon to anyone. Teresa the owner is amazing, always has a smile on her face, & energetic & she made me feel beautiful after my haircut & I most definitely will be coming back. Go visit Teresa you won't regret it!!!!
