Amazing I love to go there every one is so friendly and always ready to help you with anything you need to look for and it smells amazing if you love the smell of coffee ☕. I will be going back for sure.

I came in at about noon yesterday. Preferring not to spend an unnecessary amount of time scrounging for the particular section I needed, I headed to the counter to seek out the help of the 2 associates, engaged in what must have been an incredibly interesting conversation, as they were both visibly annoyed that I would dare interrupt them. Trying to move past the moment swiftly, I asked if they carried "adventure books for friends". I was met with an incredibly snarky "what kind of adventure book? Dragons, murder, mystery???" Realizing that my generalization was confusing, I moved to clarify, "no like an adventure book you'd do with a friend or significant other?" I was met with an eye roll, a scoff, and crossed arms. So I spent much more time than I had to spare poking around every section of the store. I was cashed out by the same condescending woman (cashier 8382 via the receipt) and while trying to speak, was met with her shouting over me to HAVE A NICE DAY over and over. Actual worst customer service I've had in any bookstore EVER. I wish I had gotten the man's name who eventually did help me, basic human decency was relieved by shock and awe. Imagine...a barnes and noble employee who does not like helping people find books. Anyways I won't be back. Books are cheaper online, and amazon isn't rude when you're searching for something. Won't be surprised to see this store empty once their incredible customer service leads to bankruptcy.

They have a pretty good selection of books and magazines... I'm just sad that they don't carry more of a movie selection. I either have to order Arrow and Criterion online or drive 2 hours for a bigger selection.

The vibe was so warm and welcoming and fun/lively. I like the girl with pink short hair she immediately matched the energy and I like how the boss is hands on as well

In Amarillo for work and then it snowed...was going stir crazy until I thought of Barnes & Noble! A coffee at the Cafe to read and watch the snow kept me sane and reminded me that I enjoy just walking around bookstores
