Matt is incredible!!! He is so kind and helpful. He was very thorough and explained everything very clearly and easy to understand. I think it is very difficult nowadays to find someone who is exceptional at customer service, but Matt definitely meets those expectations. I will 100% be going back for ALL of my battery questions!

Places are a bunch of scammers! Retuned a bike battery cause it wouldn’t hold a charge
Told me because it was under 12v that it voided the warranty! Do not I repeat do not buy for these rude people!!!!

We had a car battery installed in our Dodge Charger in 2/25/23. For the past month we have had to jump it to get it started. We took it back and they told us the battery was good. We took it somewhere else and it had a dead cell. Not only did they lie about the cell but when we went back for them to honor their four year warranty they refused. They were extremely rude and we ended up eating the cost and buying a new one somewhere else. I will tell everyone I know and will bad mouth them every chance I get. There is no service after the sale and they sell deficient products. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Lots of rude employee comments. Do not use Batteries Plus of Amarillo.

I recommend this store based on personal experience. We had 2 key fob batteries and the start battery in the car replaced today. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They installed the car battery for me! All work was completed in under 30 minutes. Nice Job Guys!!

Irwin and Tracy from the I40 store saved the day for me. I've been riding my motorcycle solo from Santa Monica CA. Arrived in Amarillo planning to leave the following morning. I went and got tacos for breakfast and came out and bike wouldn't start. Had a flicker of strong power so I knew it was some sort of short. Pulled ignition switch apart, clutch/kickstand bypass apart, nothing. Started messing with battery box and happened to touch the + terminal and it made a click sound. Took cables off an noticed the + terminal was just wobbling around, broken off inside the battery. I'm no mechanic but I've broken a lot of stuff, hahahaha. Made some calls (moto shops are closed on Sunday/Monday) and Irwin from Batteries Plus talked his boss Tracy into delivering me a new battery. Tracy mentioned he had a service call and would combine delivering to me, i was a mile away. She fired right up! I've never seen a battery terminal break off inside the battery. Really happy it didn't have out alone in the desert. Tracy in on left in picture ?Thanks Irwin and Tracy
