They claimed shipping damaged during shipping.I watched loading. I also observed the receiving. And receiving and alot a playing / goofing off going on.I'm 99% sure the damages took place during receiving.

Very nice experience, appt @5am checked in @4:45am sent directly to dock. Off load by 5:35am took a little time to get paperwork back, out by 6:10am. Lumper fees are done all online.
