Was greeted by a friendly employee upon entering the store. An employee was called to help me find the cable I needed. The store was clean and organized. I will definitely go back for my shopping needs.

They seem to ignore the Inside Pick Up lane these days....
Editing to add more information. Okay, so basically when you order online for pickup, you're doing it for speed. You're doing it so you're spending less time in the store potentially because you're in a hurry. But then when you go in there, and you see what looks like half the workers standing around just talking to each other or just looking blankly into space And then there's only one person working the desk area for customer service and pickups so you're just standing there forever waiting for someone to get around to you..... That's what I'm referring to.

If you can shop somewhere else. Do it. I asked three people for assistance and they just Pointed in the general area. I just left without a product I'll happily buy from a competitor. Better than being treated like this

Lots of faces looking at me but no help. Took at least 15 minutes to get anybody to help and the person that helped doesn't even work there. He was a vendor or something. The only friendly face was the person at the front door. I highly doubt I'll ever back.
