I don’t recommend the Dumas location. They’ll give you an appointment time and tell you about an hour for checking brake squeal. They proposed a solution. I said go ahead just fix the squeal. Get my truck back after 3 hours of listening to the staff swear and gossip at the front desk. Still has the brake squeal after a 1k bill. Was told “yeah you’ll have to bring it back in”

My car was out of gas and stuck on City Lake Rd when a couple of Bill William’s guys happened to be passing by. They stopped and gave me a few gallons of gas so I could get to the nearest gas station. They were super helpful and kind!

These guys are awesome, genuinely nice folks. Got a flat while driving through the area and they came out to me and got me back on the road when no one else would help. Quick and very cost efficient. Thank you!!

Incredible service. On road trip with family and as we were leaving hotel, the tire pressure sensor went off. Two local guys recommended this place. They checked all four tires. Did not find anything wrong with any of the tires, took time to inflate all four to the same pressure, and since they didn't find anything wrong, didn't charge us a dime. Would recommend to anyone traveling through Fort Stockton

We needed air in our tires for our RV. We had no appointment or anything and they took us right in! Staff was amazing,friendly and fast! If you need tires service, coming here is the best!

Had a blow out on my Rv while traveling the pot holed i40 fwy. After getting my spare
Changed i pulled into Amarillo late evening. Next morning I drove to Bill Williams tire center hoping they would be able to replace the destroyed tire by at least the end of the day, To my surprise they had my tire in stock And had me on my way in 30min . Every one there attentive, polite, and helpful. Just awesome service and reasonably priced for sure.
