Only reason I’m leaving 1 star cause I got too worst blue beacon ever I knew I should have went to the one on the east and to the owner you waisting a lot of money paying 6 to 8 people in one bay to wash a truck and the driver pull out after he done payed over 130.00 and his truck look worse than it did when it went in that’s sad what yall paying 8 people in each bay yall could pay 4 that take their job serious and understand what it mean to a trucker to have his truck looking good cause it makes no sense to have that many people on a truck and the truck still be nasty when they pull out that’s sad I wash my truck and trailer all the time and wash it 20 times better than those 8

Since my semi truck was the only thing that was washed but I asked for everything that is offered on the washed.We both know anything dealing with a semi isn't cheap. We'll from what I paid to the service was done i was not a happy customer how do they expect to wash it good if they dont use brushes to whip down cause pressure wash will do so much but you will still have a film of dirt at the end of the day,at least my truck did so now I need to spend more money to get it washed correctly.That was my experience at this blue beacon in Texas..

They leave the truck dirty, they entertain you with a flashlight and when you go outside you see all the dirty ones, I do not recommend it and do not leave tips.

Paid $79.70 for a wash and asked for the works and said I want everything done cause it was my new purchase but at the end found out the works is really a basic wash they didn’t clean the engine well it was half done and I never been to one that made me open my own hood that’s was weird and then told if I was want the full works which I ask for to begin with it’s $175 which I would of happily paid but yeah if you want you truck fully washed don’t say you want everything cause that means the basic works tell them axles frame everything you can name if you want your true moneys worth. Feels like I paid for an expensive rinse job that left dirt on my engine that I can whip off with my finger lol

Don't go to this location unless you're prepared to babysit the employees and your truck to make sure they do a thorough job. I was there on the 30th of September because my truck was a bit muddy. It was not too bad but I just did not like the way it looked. When I got there they mentioned to me that they would charge me an extra fee per minute to remove the mud, I accepted because I understand it's more work. But when there are six to eight people working on your truck you expect it to be thoroughly clean and not have to inspect it yourself. Mind you they have one of their employees inspecting the trucks during and after to make sure they are thoroughly cleaning the unit. Well after it was all said and done I still had to show them where they missed some spots. Still the next day I found more areas where they missed to remove the dirt and mud. This is unacceptable when the cost is over 200 dollars.
