I can’t say enough good things about working with Chris Grabber my Estimator. He was very friendly, putting me at ease right away. Chris explained the estimate details, repair process and coordinated the rental car drop off/pick up at the repair shop. I had the shop complete some additional repairs at the same time. Chris worked with me on the estimate, kept me updated throughout all repairs. No hiccups, my car was ready on time as promised. The estimated cost for the extra repairs was spot on. I was very pleased with the work. The damaged area looked brand new. Plus the car was washed and detailed. Chris even reminded me to gas up the rental. They made me an amazing deal on some parts that I couldn't live without, and we're even friendly enough to assist me in removing them so I didn't break anything! Cannot say enough about this place, and how great it is! They have everything from Pontiac Bonneville SSEI's, to audis, to Ford f-150s, and anything you can imagine in between. I saw Volkswagen, Mercury, Lincoln, Toyota, Honda.... I don't think I'll ever need to go pay a cover charge see if MAYBE there's a part I need at H&H again.”

“I've used this shop twice in the last 6 months. Once, because I was stupid and tried to back out of my garage with my Tucson's hatch open, and more recently, because we were rear-ended on I-40. Jeff was great to work with, but the second time, my wife was floored. 1st, she noticed they washed the car. I mean, they were replacing the bumper, and there was some paint work listed, so I kinda got that. I was not expecting the interior to be cleaned, though.
That really made her smile (it's her car). They handled all the insurance stuff for me. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Top-notch business, top-notch personnel.”
