I recently visited the Boot Barn in Amarillo to purchase a pair of cowboy boots and was extremely pleased with the experience. The courtesy and professionalism of the sales assistant who assisted me were truly exceptional. He followed me patiently, making me try different models and numbers, always calmly and with great competence. Thanks to her, I was able to find the perfect pair of boots for me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality products in addition to boots they have a large selection of jeans, shirts, jackets all in perfect western style and all complemented by impeccable customer service.

I walked in the Amarillo tx store and no one acknowledged me. Bad customer service. It wasn't busy so the least they can do is help someone. 4/30/24.

They were so friendly, kind, consistently checking on you. They were so sweet to my toddler who just wanted to run around the store because it’s so big & clean. A bit pricey but so worth it.

Didn't have the specific size in the brand I was looking for, but they have such a large selection of quality boots, it more than makes up for it. Prices a reasonable and service is good, I'll return for sure.
